Abstract: EN : The study constantly focuses on understanding the concepts of sustainable development in scientific research and presents their comparative analysis. This fact makes it possible to present conceptually the concept of sustainable development in the international context, which increases its theoretical and practical significance. The concept of sustainable development is based on the viability of organizations, the development of which is based on innovations and personal social responsibility of managers. It was investigated that innovation is an incentive point for sustainable development and a factor in the effectiveness of organizations. Conditions for overcoming the negative factors of sustainable development and the essence of personal social responsibility are revealed.
