Моделювання бізнес-процесів відділу постачання в системі промислового підприємства

Abstract

UA : У роботі було проаналізовано основні теоретико-методологічні підходи до моделювання бізнес-процесів промислового підприємства, а саме розглянуто структуру та класифікацію бізнес-процесу, поняття процесного підходу його переваги та недоліки. Було вивчено та проаналізовано структуру відділу постачання промислового підприємства. Досліджено програмні продукти реалізації моделювання БП. Проаналізовано концепцію структурного моделювання бізнес-процесу відділу постачання Було проведено оптимізацію товарних запасів на ТОВ «МБС», опираючись на формулу Е. Вілсона та використовуючи деякі математичні методи, було доведено, що для оптимізації запасів на підприємстві мінімізація суми добутків обсягів змін потреби на абсолютні значення різниці номерів місяців, по яких провадиться коригування потреби.

EN : To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set and solved: the main theoretical and methodological approaches to the modeling of business processes of an industrial enterprise are analyzed; methods of structural modeling of business processes in the supply department of an industrial enterprise were investigated; to develop a conceptual model for solving the problem of multi-criteria selection of tools for structural modeling of business processes; business processes of the supply department of an industrial enterprise were improved by using the developed toolkit of methods of structural modeling of business processes; the optimization of the stocks of metal products at MBS LLC was carried out. Research methods - structural modeling, economic-mathematical analysis, theory and methodology of system analysis, theory of decision-making, analysis and synthesis, expert evaluation. The paper analyzed the main theoretical and methodological approaches to the modeling of business processes of an industrial enterprise, namely the structure and classification of the business process, the concept of the process approach, its advantages and disadvantages. The structure of the supply department of an industrial enterprise was studied and analyzed. Software products for the implementation of BP modeling were studied. The concept of structural modeling of the business process of the supply department was analyzed. The optimization of goods stocks at MBS LLC was carried out, based on E. Wilson's formula and using some mathematical methods, it was proved that the goal of the task is to minimize the sum of the products of the volumes of changes in demand by the absolute values of the difference in numbers months for which the need is adjusted.
