Предмет дослідження – організаційно-педагогічні умови управління системою науково-методичної роботи у закладі загальної середньої освіти. Мета дослідження – виявлення, теоретичне обґрунтування та експериментальна перевірка організаційно-педагогічних умов управління системою науково-методичної роботи у закладі загальної середньої освіти, створення яких сприятиме більш ефективному підвищенню професійної кваліфікації педагогічних працівників. У кваліфікаційній роботі науково обґрунтовано організаційно-педагогічні умови управління системою науково-методичної роботи у закладі загальної середньої освіти, упроваджено організаційну модель оперативного управління науково-методичною роботою у сучасній школі.

The purpose of the research is to identify, theoretically justify and experimentally verify the organizational and pedagogical conditions of managing the system of scientific and methodical work in the institution of general secondary education, the creation of which will contribute to a more effective increase in the professional qualifications of pedagogical workers. In the qualifying work, the organizational and pedagogical conditions of managing the system of scientific and methodical work in the institution of general secondary education are scientifically substantiated, and the organizational model of operational management of scientific and methodical work in a modern school is implemented.
