Антикризове управління закладом освіти на прикладі Запорізької гімназії №17

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з 3 розділів, 66с.,18 таблиць, 15 рисунків, 50 джерел використаної літератури. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є вдослідження передумов формування системи антикризового менеджменту закладу освіти та розробка перших етапів впровадження системи антикризового управління. Об’єктом дослідження є організаційна характеристика Запорізької гімназії №17, процеси управління гімназією та передумови формування системи антикризового управління закладу. Предметом дослідженняє теоретичні підходи, принципи і методи антикризового управління закладом загальної середньої освіти. У кваліфікаційній роботі магістра використані такі методи, як: статистичний метод обробки даних, метод групування – для оцінки соціально-економічних передумов впровадження антикризового управління, дослідження стану основних показників які формують систему діяльності закладів освіти; економіко-математичне моделювання – для розробки моделі оцінки якості освіти та основних факторів, що вагомо впливають на якість освіти (якість процесу, якість умов та якість результатів); експертний метод – для інтерпретації експертних оцінок щодо аналізу факторів та критеріїв моделі оцінки якості освіти. Кваліфікаційна робота демонструє перші кроки нового керівника гімназії, яка через об’єктивні причини має кризові явища у багатьох аспектах своєї діяльності. У Розділі 1 кваліфікаційної роботи було розглянуто теоретичні засади антикризового менеджменту – сутність, цілі та задачі антикризового управління, характеристики антикризового менеджменту і техніки управлінської діяльності при створенні системи антикризового управління у закладі загальної середньої освіти. У Розділі 2 було проаналізовано узагальнені статистичні дані про заклади освіти України, організаційну характеристику безпосередньо Запорізької гімназії №17, результати анкетування, створеного за інструментарієм, який рекомендований Державною службою якості освіти України, усіх учасників освітнього процесу – педагогічного колективу, здобувачів освіти і, власне, їх батьків.Сформовано висновки до проведеного анкетування та запропоновані шляхи покращення якості освіти у Запорізькій гімназії №17. В розділі 3 кваліфікаційної роботи з метою здійснення локального аналізу якості освіти через сукупність показників на основі застосування математичних формул була розроблена факторно-критеріальна модель якості освіти Запорізької гімназії № 17.

EN : The Master’s thesis consists of 3 chapters, 66 pages, 18 tables, 15 figures, 50 references. The aim of the Master’s thesis is to study the prerequisites for the formation of the anti-crisis management system of the educational institution and the development of the first stages of the anti-crisis management system implementation. The object of the research is the organizational characteristics of the Zaporizhia Gymnasium No. 17, the management processes of the gymnasium, and the prerequisites for the formation of the institution’s anti-crisis management system. The subject of the research is theoretical approaches, principles, and methods of anti-crisis management of a general secondary education institution. The methods used in the Master’s thesis are: statistical method of data processing, grouping method to assess the socio-economic prerequisites for the implementation of anti-crisis management and to research the state of the main indicators that form the activity system of educational institutions; economic-mathematical modelling to develop a model for assessing the quality of education and the main factors that significantly affect the quality of education (quality of the process, quality of conditions and quality of results); expert method to interpret the expert assessments regarding the analysis of factors and criteria of the education quality assessment model. The Master’s thesis demonstrates the first steps of the new head of the gymnasium, which, due to objective reasons, has crisis phenomena in many aspects of its activity. In chapter 1 of the thesis, the theoretical foundations of crisis management were considered: the essence, aims, and tasks of crisis management, characteristics of crisis management and techniques of managerial activity when creating a system of crisis management in a general secondary education institution. In Chapter 2, such topics were analysed: generalized statistical data on educational institutions of Ukraine, the organizational characteristics of the Zaporizhia Gymnasium No. 17, the results of a survey created according to the tools recommended by the State Service of Education Quality of Ukraine, which was taken by all participants in the educational process: the teaching staff, the students, and their parents. Conclusions to the conducted survey were formed and ways of improving the quality of education in the Zaporizhzhya Gymnasium No. 17 were proposed. In Chapter 3 of the thesis, a factor-criterion model of the education quality of the Zaporizhzhya Gymnasium No. 17 was developed in order to carry out a local analysis of the education quality through a set of indicators based on the application of mathematical formulas.
