Вдосконалення механізму забезпечення конкурентоздатності підприємства ПрАТ «Київстар»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 104 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 29 таблиць, 15 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси підвищення, забезпечення та вдосконалення конкурентоздатності підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні засади підвищення забезпечення конкурентоздатності на прикладі ПрАТ «Київстар». Метою роботи є аналіз фінансових показників підприємствам на прикладі ПрАТ «Київстар», та розробка шляхів вдосконалення конкурентоздатності шляхом введення інновацій. Завдання: 1) провести аналіз фінансових показників підприємства; 2) надати організаційно-економічну характеристику ПрАТ «Київстар»; 3) розробити рекомендації щодо вдосконалення підвищення конкурентоздатності підприємства шляхом інновацій. Методи дослідження: системний, загальнонауковий, узагальнення, порівняльний, комплексний підхід, кількісний аналіз, графічний, абстрактно-логічний, прогнозований метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) проаналізовано загальне фінансове становище підприємства ПрАТ «Київстар»; 2) розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення механізму конкурентоздатності підприємства на основі впровадження інновацій. Практичне значення отриманих результатів. Проведене дослідження та отримані результати можна використати для покращення механізму та вдосконалення конкурентоздатності підприємства на основі інновацій.

The object of the study is the processes of increasing, ensuring and improving the competitiveness of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical and practical principles of increasing competitiveness on the example of PJSC "Kyivstar". The purpose of the work is to analyze the financial indicators of enterprises using the example of PJSC "Kyivstar", and to develop ways of increasing competitiveness through the introduction of innovations. Tasks: 1) analyze the financial indicators of the enterprise; 2) provides the organizational and economic characteristics of PJSC "Kyivstar"; 3) develop recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise through innovative activities. Research methods: systematic, general scientific, generalization, comparative, complex approach, quantitative analysis, graphic, abstract-logical, prognostic method. The obtained results and their novelty: 1) the general financial condition of PJSC "Kyivstar" was analyzed; 2) recommendations were developed for improving the mechanism of enterprise competitiveness based on the introduction of innovations. Practical significance of the obtained results. The conducted research and obtained results can be used to improve the mechanism and increase the competitiveness of the enterprise based on innovations, branch of market research, which reveals the necessary consumer characteristics and terms of delivery of the product to the market to ensure its high demand. The results of the research will be useful both for the heads of enterprises, and for representatives and managers of various companies, because the improvement of the competitive condition of the enterprise will increase the revenue to the budget and, as a result, will significantly improve the financial condition of the enterprise the enterprise, enterprises, the state and competitiveness of the enterprise and the development of its enterprise against the background of the expansion of other enterprises.
