Цифрова трансформація як основа інноваційного розвитку підприємств в умовах сьогодення

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 164 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 30 таблиць, 19 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 119 джерел, з них 40 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси цифровізації підприємництва України. Предметом дослідження є цифровізаційних процесів сьогодення, пов’язаних зі зміною системи функціонування економічної системи України. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є поглиблений розгляд цифровізаційних процесів, визначення основних характеристик функціонування підприємництва в сучасних умовах, визначення умов цифрової трансформації сьогодення та ринкових змін під впливом цифрових технологій. Завдання: 1) аналіз літературних джерел для комплексного дослідження поняття й особливостей цифровізації; 2) визначення особливостей формування засад цифрової трансформації в Україні; 3) аналіз підприємництва як фактору розвитку цифровізації; 4) визначення особливості цифровізаційних процесів під час кризових явищ; 5) визначення перспектив розвитку цифровізації в Україні. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, порівняння, метод математичного моделювання, методи дедукції та індукції тощо. Одержані результати: визначено поняття цифрової трансформації й охарактеризовано процеси цифровізації; визначено відмінні риси традиційного бізнесу та цифрових бізнес-моделей; визначено особливості цифровізації державного, фінансового сектору й підприємництва; досліджено цифровізаційні заходи, що допомагають суспільству у виході з кризи; окреслено перспективи розвитку цифрової трансформації України. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані до формування стратегії розвитку загальної цифровізації країни або стратегії цифровізації окремого підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 164 pages of printed text, contains 30 tables, 19 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 119 sources, 40 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the processes of digitization of Ukrainian entrepreneurship. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical, methodical, and applied aspects of today's digitalization processes related to the change in the functioning of the economic system of Ukraine. The purpose of the master's qualification work is an in-depth examination of digitalization processes, determination of the main characteristics of the functioning of digital entrepreneurship in modern conditions, determination of the conditions of today's digital transformation, and the study of market changes under the influence of digital technologies. Tasks: 1) analysis of Ukrainian and foreign literary sources for a comprehensive study of the concept and features of digitization; 2) determination of the peculiarities of the formation of the foundations of digital transformation in Ukraine; 3) Analysis of entrepreneurship as a key factor in the development of digitalization; 4) Determination of the peculiarities of digitalization processes during crisis phenomena; 5) Modeling of predictive indicators of digitalization development; 6) Determination of prospects for the development of digitalization in Ukraine. Research methods: logical generalization, systemic, complex and structural-functional approach, comparison, mathematical modeling method, methods of deduction and induction, etc. The obtained results: the concepts of digital transformation, digitization and digitization are defined and these processes are characterized; distinguishing features of traditional business and modern business models with the use of digital technologies are defined; the features of digitization of the state, financial sector and entrepreneurship are determined; digitization measures that help the society to overcome the crisis were investigated; the prospects for the development of digital transformation of Ukraine are outlined based on the study of international experience.

The results of the study can be applied to the formation of a strategy for the development of the general digitalization of the country or a strategy for the digitalization of an individual enterprise.
