Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 96 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 6 таблиць, 7 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 76 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Мета і завдання дослідження. Метою роботи є поглиблення теоретичних положень і розробка практичних рекомендацій з удосконалення системи недержавного пенсійного забезпечення в Україні. Відповідно до цієї мети у роботі було поставлено і вирішено такі завдання: - обґрунтувати роль недержавного пенсійного забезпечення в складі системи пенсійного страхування в Україні; - розкрити організаційно-правові засади функціонування системи недержавного пенсійного забезпечення; - проаналізувати сучасні тенденції та проблеми функціонування системи недержавного пенсійного забезпечення в Україні; - оцінити практику використання залучених коштів системою недержавного пенсійного забезпечення; - окреслити сучасні проблеми та напрями вдосконалення недержавного пенсійного забезпечення в Україні; - вивчити зарубіжний досвід функціонування системи недержавного пенсійного забезпечення та можливостей його застосування у вітчизняній практиці. Об’єкт дослідження – система недержавного пенсійного забезпечення. Предмет дослідження – теоретичні та практичні засади функціонування системи недержавного пенсійного забезпечення. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, метод математичного моделювання.

EN : The work is presented on 96 pages of printed text, contains 6 tables, 7 figures. The list of referеnces includes 76 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The purpose and tasks of the research. The purpose of the work is to deepen the theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for improving the system of non-state pension provision in Ukraine. In accordance with this goal, the following tasks were set and solved in the work: - justify the role of non-state pension provision as part of the pension insurance system in Ukraine; - reveal the organizational and legal principles of the functioning of the non-state pension system; - to analyze modern trends and problems of functioning of the system of non-state pension provision in Ukraine; - evaluate the practice of using funds raised by the non-state pension system; - carry out an assessment of the effectiveness of the functioning of the system of non-state pension provision; - outline current problems and directions for improvement of non-state pension provision in Ukraine; - to study the foreign experience of the functioning of the system of non-state pension provision and the possibilities of its application in domestic practice. The object of the study is the system of non-state pension provision. The subject of the study is the theoretical and practical principles of the functioning of the non-state pension system. Research methods. The research is based on the dialectical method of understanding economic phenomena and processes. When writing the sections of the work, the following scientific methods of research were applied: generalization, systematization, grouping, synthesis - when revealing the theoretical foundations of the functioning of the non-state pension system; methods of economic analysis, grouping, comparison - when evaluating the practice of functioning of non-state pension insurance; synthesis, grouping, comparison and a number of others - when outlining the prospects for increasing the efficiency of the functioning of pension insurance, attracting and investing funds by non-state pension funds.
