Удосконалення управління кредиторською заборгованістю ПАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 106 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 24 таблиць, 29 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 74 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління кредиторською заборгованістю на ПАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні і практичні питання щодо підвищення ефективності та вдосконалення управління кредиторською заборгованістю ПАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розробка теоретико-методичних й організаційних положень та практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення управління кредиторською заборгованістю підприємства в умовах ринкових відносин. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: досліджено теоретичну сутність, етапи та методи аналізу кредиторської заборгованості; удосконалено процес управління кредиторською заборгованістю; наведено динаміку та структуру кредиторської заборгованості; наведено аналіз кредиторської заборгованості на досліджуваному підприємстві; виявлено можливості покращення процесу управління кредиторською заборгованістю. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами, зокрема, методика оцінки фінансового стану підприємства, аналіз кредиторської заборгованості.

EN : The work is presented on 106 pages of printed text, contains 24 tables, 29 figures, 3 annex. The list of referеnces includes 74 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the process of managing the company's accounts payable. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical issues related to increasing the efficiency and improving the management of payables of PJSC «Zaporizhtransformator». The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and practical recommendations for improving the management of the company's payables in the conditions of market relations. Research methods: logical generalization, deductive, financial-economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc. The obtained results: the theoretical essence, stages and methods of the analysis of accounts payable were investigated; the payables management process has been improved; the dynamics and structure of accounts payable are given; ratio analysis of accounts payable at the investigated enterprise is provided; problems were systematized and opportunities to improve the payables management process were identified. The theoretical significance of the project lies in the study theoretical foundations for the effective implementation of accounts payable management, the concept and structure of this debt, the main stages of its management and optimization methods. The practical importance of the work is based on the fact that the issues discussed in this work are directly related to the resolution of problems at enterprises, their economic condition and the proposal of the main measures to improve the management of accounts payable in order to achieve effective work enterprises. The results of the research can be applied by enterprises, in particular, the method of assessing the financial condition of the enterprise, the analysis of accounts payable.
