Abstract

EN : The work is presented on 56 pages of printed text, contains 3 additions. The list of references includes 58 sources. The presented paper is dedicated to the analysis of such a topical problem as the stylistic and lexical means of expression in the portrayal of images of female characters in detective thrillers. The object of the work is an artistic image of female characters in detective thrillers, their specificity and features of the depiction of these images. The main aim of the paper consists in studying the characteristics of character images in detective stories and thrillers, identifying models and linguistic stylistic means of their representation in novels of the respective genres. The image of a character in the fiction literature is a complex multifaceted phenomenon that includes a description of appearance, a description of kinetic characteristics, a description of speech, a description of character traits, and objects surrounding the character. It is through linguistic means that the author creates bright images of female characters. The expressive means are stylistic, lexical, phonetic and semantic, which exist in language as a system for the purpose of logical or emotional intensification of an utterence. We learned that artistic tropes, for example, epithets, metaphors, similes, and hyperbole, play a significant role among all means of language stylization. Lexical means are also quite important. Most often, authors can use youth slang, vulgar words or jargonisms. Sometimes writers resort to the accumulation of synonyms in order to give the statement persuasiveness, to emphasize the intonation color of the language.

Метою дослідження є вивчення особливостей образів персонажів у детективах та трилерах, виявлення моделей і лінгвостилістичних засобів їх репрезентації у романах відповідних жанрів. Теоретико-методологічні засади: статті та монографії з теорії художнього образу та лінгвістики тексту (В. Салій, Є. Васильєв, А. Ткаченко, Т. Крайнікова та ін.). Отриманні результати: образ персонажа художнього твору – це складне багатоаспектне явище, що включає опис зовнішності, опис кінетичних характеристик, опис мовлення, опис рис характеру, предметів, що оточують персонажа. Специфіка образів персонажів обумовлюється жанровою своєрідністю художнього твору. Важливу роль у створення яскравих жіночих персонажів відіграє персонажне мовлення. Найуживанішими серед стилістичних засобів є епітет, метафора та порівняння, саме вони роблять образ яскравим та багатостороннім. При цьому в тексті художнього твору розглянуті лінгвостилістичні засоби вживаються не ізольовано, а перетинаються і взаємодіють. Щодо лексичних – то застосовуються молодіжний сленг, скорочення, вульгаризми та жаргонізми, щоб підкреслити індивідуальність зображених героїнь та те, як середовище впливає на формування їх характерів.
