Психофізіологічні показники учнів 5 та 11 класів протягом навчального року

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 80 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 8 таблиць, 1 рисунок та 7 рисунків у додатках. Перелік посилань включає 78 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – тривожність, диференційовані емоції та показники серцево-судинної системи школярів 5 та 11 класів. Мета роботи – дослідження психофізіологічних показників учнів 5 та 11 класів протягом навчального року. Методи дослідження – фізіологічні, психодіагностичні і статистичні. Встановлено, що у старших школярів найбільш виражені міри емоційних переживань, вищий систолічний тиск та нижча ЧСС. У них у вересні спостерігається тенденція до зростання індексу негативних емоцій, індексу тривожно-депресивних проявів та зниження індексу позитивних емоцій, в той час, як у учнів 5 класу відбуваються протилежні зміни. Також у всіх школярів спостерігається тенденція до зростання тривожності, що, можливо, пов’язано не тільки з початком навчання, але й з продовженням воєнного стану в країні. Новизна роботи – вперше проводиться дослідження психофізіологічних показників учнів 5 та 11 класів протягом навчального року в умовах воєнного стану. Значимість роботи – pезультати дослiдження пошиpюють уявлення пpо вплив навчального навантаження в умовах воєнного стану на емоційні переживання, тривожність, артеріальний тиск та ЧСС школярів . Отримані результати можуть бути використані у практиці роботи загальноосвітніх закладів та у своїй діяльності практичними психологами у закладах освіти.

The object of study is anxiety, differentiated emotions and indicators of the cardiovascular system of schoolchildren in grades 5 and 11. The purpose of the work is to study the psychophysiological indicators of students in grades 5 and 11 during the school year. Research methods – physiological, psychodiagnostic and statistical. It has been established that older students have the most pronounced measures of emotional experience, higher systolic pressure and lower heart rate. In September, they have a tendency to increase the index of negative emotions, the index of anxiety-depressive manifestations and a decrease in the index of positive emotions, while students in grade 5 have opposite changes. Also, all schoolchildren have a tendency to increase anxiety, which may be due not only to the beginning of their studies, but also to the continuation of martial law in the country Novelty of the work – for the first time, a study of psychophysiological indicators of students in grades 5 and 11 during the school year under martial law is carried out. The significance of the work – the research sessions spread the idea of the impact of the educational load under martial law on emotional experiences, anxiety, blood pressure and heart rate of schoolchildren. The obtained results can be used in the practice of general education institutions and in their activities by practical psychologists in educational institutions.
