Лексико-семантичне поле MAN у британських діалектах англійської мови

Abstract

EN : The work is presented on 57 pages of printed text. The list of references includes 61 sources. The presented paper is dedicated to the analysis of such a typical problem as the semanticfield in linguistics. The object of the work can be defined as the is the semantic field of the word «man « in Ukrainian and English, The subject of this study – is the semantic structure of the semantic field «man «, its groups and subgroups. The main aim of the paper consists in the description of the semantic features of «rights. «Based on this goal there were the following tasks: 1. Define the concept of «a semantic field «; 2. Study the principles of a building the semantic field; 3. Identify the vocabulary forming of the basis of «a person « in a modern English and Russian languages and describe systemic relations within the system fields; 4. Consider the semantic groups of words related to the concept of «man «. The definition of a «semantic field « is offeed in the work. It is presented in the works of such authors as: Y. Trir, A.V. Bondarko, I.I. Meschaninova, L.M.Vasileva, I.M. Kobozeva, Zalewski, L.P. Krysin, V.P. Abramov, I.A. Buduende Courtenay, F. De Saussure, J. Trier, G. Ipsen, P. Hiro, C. Bally. However, the semantic field remains the least explored unit vocabulary. The concept of the semantic field refers to the basic concepts of the modern lexical semantics. This definition focuses a major problem of a lexical semantics and determines their consideration of the positions of the system approach. The scientific novelty of the presented research lies in the investigation of the ways, mechanisms, groups and forms of functioning of the semantic field od a word „man‟ in Kentish ans Northumbrian dialects.

Теоретико-методологічні засади: ключові положення поняття системності лексики (Ф. де Соссюр, В. фон Гумбольдт, І. О. Бодуен де Куртене, Г. С. Щур) та лексико-семантичного поля (Й. Трір, Л. Вайсбергер, А. В. Бондарко, З. Д. Попова, І. А. Стернін). Отримані результати: Лексико-семантичне поле діалектів відзначається своєю обмеженістю у порівнянні з усталеним та загальноприйнятим варіантом англійської мови або літературної мови. Діалект є різновидом національної мови, що знаходиться в активному використанні тільки на декількох місцевостях однієї країни, що репрезентує його лінгвістичну унікальність, відтворює своєрідність світобачення та розкриває національну ідентичність мешканців території, які використовують даний діалект. Вивчення лексики діалектів є віддзеркаленням мовної картини світу, тому семантичний аналіз ближчої та дальньої периферії має соціокультурну та оцінну значимість. Її аналіз дозволяє створити соціокультурний портрет діалектоносія.
