Адаптації шекспірівських творів для дітей: генезис, принципи і здобутки

Abstract

EN : The work is presented on 62 pages of printed text, contains 3 additions. The list of references includes 62 sources. The presented paper is dedicated to the analysis of such a topical problem of contemporary Shakespearean discourse as the adaptations of Shakespeare’s works for children audience. The object of the work includes different forms and models of Shakespearean adaptations for children and young adults that are analyzed through the prism of diachrony. The main aim of the paper consists in elucidating the genesis of the process of adaptation the plays by Shakespeare for children and analyzing of the peculiarities (the ways and forms) of these aged-oriented projections. It determined the accomplishment of such objectives as: - give a profound analysis and systematization of the theoretical foundations of the theory of adaptation and; elaboration of the working concept of adaptation for children; - based on the experience of world Shakespeare studies, highlight the genesis of the adaptation of Shakespeare's works for children; - determine the main achievements of the authors of Shakespearean textual and intermediate adaptations; emphasizing the aesthetic value and cognitive performance of adaptations of Shakespeare's works. The definition of a “aged-oriented adaptation” is offered in the work. Two types of them are distinguished: literary textual (Mary and Charles Lamb) and intermedial (cartoons, comics, graphic novels). The author proves that the usage of the Shakespearean adaptation makes introducing the Bard’s works at an early age and developing young audience’s outlook, cultural horizons and creative thinking. The scientific novelty of the presented research lies in creating a complete picture of the creative reinterpretations of Shakespeare's works for children and determining the main achievements of the authors of Shakespearean adaptations; emphasizing the aesthetic value and cognitive performance of adaptations of the Bard’s works.

Мета роботи: висвітлити генезис і виявити специфіку адаптацій творів Вільяма Шекспіра для дитячої аудиторії. Теоретико-методологічні засади: метод аналізу і синтезу при роботі з історико-літературними та теоретичними джерелами, присвяченими адаптаціям та інтермедіальним проекціям літературних творів, метод пильного читання та компаративний метод при роботі з текстами адаптацій В. Шекспіра. Сучасне шекспірознавство накописило цінний досвід наукового осмислення кіноадаптацій творів Великого Барда. Отримані результати: Специфічними різновидами адатацій Шекспірових творів для дітей виступають текстові (переказ-адаптація Мері та Чарльза Лембів) та інтермедіальні (мультиплікації, комікси, графічні романи). Унікальність адаптації текстів для дитячої аудиторії полягає в тому, що вона одночасно передбачає і спрощення плану змісту (нелінгвістичну адаптацію)й плану вираження (адаптацію форми викладу), і осучаснення (на рівні мови, хронотопу, привнесення прикмет і реалій того часу, в якому живе реципієнт). Інтермедіальні адаптації творів Шекспіра представлені сьогодні у різних сферах мистецтва, починаючи з театру, живопису та музики, закінчуючи фільмами, мультфільмами і коміксами. Серед дитячих адаптацій Шекспіра пальма першості сьогодні належить мультиплікації. Метою вікової адаптації творів Шекспіра є знайомство з сюжетикою і проблематикою та системою образів творів англійського генія, формування читацького інтересу до світових шедеврів, а також розвиток критичного мислення у дітей і підлітків.
