Модернізація 9-типоверхової каркасно-монолітної житлової будівлі за рахунок застосування технологій термо- та енергоефективності

Abstract

UA : В роботі розглядаються питання пов’язані із модернізації 9 поверхової каркасно монолітної житлової будівлі за рахунок застосування термо та енергоефективності. Увагу приділено використанню інноваційних технологій та матеріалів в модернізації старого житлового фонду. Виконано аналіз застосування сучасних технологій та матеріалів при будівництві.. Розглянуті основи забезпечення термо та енергоефективності. Проаналізовані варіанти модернізації житлового фонду України. Досліджено варіанти модернізації які використовують при проведені енергоефективності огороджувальних конструкцій. Проведено теплотехнічний розрахунок зовнішніх огороджувальних конструкцій до та після утеплення. Розроблено технологічну карту на виконання утеплювальних робіт мінераловатними плитами за технологією мокрий фасад при модернізації 9 поверхової каркасно-монолітної житлової будівлі.

EN : The paper considers issues related to the modernization of a 9-story frame monolithic residential building due to the use of thermal and energy efficiency. Special attention was paid to the use of innovative technologies and materials in the modernization of the old housing stock. An analysis of the use of modern technologies and materials in civil construction was carried out. Considered meaning and role, current technologies, organizational and technological features of innovative technologies and materials. The work substantiates the methodological foundations of ensuring thermal and energy efficiency. Options for thermal and energy modernization of the housing stock of Ukraine were analyzed. Variants of modernization, which are used when external energy efficiency of the facade is carried out, have been studied. Thermal engineering calculation of external enclosing structures before and after insulation was carried out. A technological map has been developed for the performance of insulation works with mineral wool slabs using the wet facade technology during the modernization of a 9-story frame monolithic residential building.
