Здоров’язбережувальні технології для здоров’я у дітей молодшого шкільного віку

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 62 с., 3 рисунки, 52 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: процес застосування здоров’язберігаючих технологій для здоров’я у дітей молодшого шкільного віку. Предмет дослідження: зміст, форми, методи та вплив здоров’язбережувальних технологій на здоров’я дітей молодшого шкільного віку під час освітнього процесу. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати цінність здоров’я молодших школярів засобом здоров’язбережувальних технологій. Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз джерел, вивчення особових справ, спостереження, інтерв’ю, опитування. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у комплексному підході до збереження здоров’я, формування цінності здоров’я, формування знань, у дітей молодшого шкільного віку, про здоровий спосіб життя, що включає не лише інформування про наслідки у разі його нехтування, а й передбачає формування навичок соціальної компетенції. Галузь використання: заклади дошкільної освіти, загальноосвітні заклади, навчально–виховні та лікувально–навчальні заклади, оздоровчі табері, санаторії.

EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 parts, a conclusion, a list of references (51 titles). The volume of the qualification paper is 62 pages, of which 47 is the main text. It concludes 3 pictures. The qualification paper provides a theoretical overview and describes the research on the problem of health deterioration among the children of primary school age: weakened state of the body and psyche, environmental problems, irrational nutrition, sedentary lifestyle, generally low level of valeological culture. The conditions and means of popularization and promotion of a healthy lifestyle among children of primary school age, the implementation of relevant programs in the educational work of general educational institutions have been determined. An important condition for the implementation of health–preserving technologies in educational institutions is the formation of students’ value attitude towards health. The object of the study is the process of using health–preserving technologies for the health of primary school–age children. The subject of the research is the content, forms, methods and impact of health–preserving technologies on the health of primary school–age children during the educational process. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate the health value of primary school–age children by means of health–preserving technologies. Research methods are as follows: theoretical analysis of the sources, study of personal cases, observation, interviews, surveys. Objectives of the study: 1) reveal the essence and content of health as an important social value; 2) analyze the peculiarities of domestic and foreign experience regarding the formation of the health value of primary school–age children; 3) reveal the age characteristics of primary school–age children; 4) reveal the content, concepts and application of health–preserving technologies for the health of primary school–age children. Part 1 "Theoretical foundations of health among primary school–age children " describes the essence and content of "health", physical (somatic) health, mental health, social health; health as an important social value; considers the peculiarities of primary school age; domestic and foreign experience in forming the health value of primary school–age children. Part 2 "Content and application of health–preserving technologies for the health of primary school–age children" substantiates the concept of "health–preserving technologies" and their classification; characteristics of health–preserving technologies; application of health–preserving technologies in an educational institution; types of health–preserving technologies in general educational institutions. The theoretical significance of the work consists in a comprehensive approach to preserving health, forming the value of health, forming knowledge among children of primary school age, about a healthy lifestyle, which includes not only informing about the consequences of its neglecting aspects, but also involves the formation of social competence skills.
