Розвиток творчого потенціалу підлітків засобами гурткової роботи в закладах професійно-технічної освіти

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 78 с., 71 джерел. Об'єкт дослідження: процес розвитку творчого потенціалу підлітків закладу професійно-технічної освіти. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати соціально-педагогічні технології розвитку творчого потенціалу підлітків засобами гурткової роботи в закладах професійно-технічної освіти. Методи дослідження: теоретичні  аналіз психолого-педагогічної, методичної літератури з досліджуваної проблеми, проектування результатів і процесів їх досягнення на різних етапах пошукової роботи; емпіричні  методи збору інформації: бесіди, узагальнення передового педагогічного досвіду, вивчення педагогічної документації. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у тому, що проаналізовано сучасний стан розвитку творчого потенціалу підлітків; визначено особливості впливу гурткової роботи на розвиток творчого потенціалу підлітків; уточнено сутність поняття «творчий потенціал». Практичне значення роботи полягає у впровадженні в освітній процес Державного навчального закладу «Василівський професійний ліцей» соціально-педагогічної технології розвитку творчого потенціалу підлітків засобами гурткової роботи. Встановлені за підсумками роботи висновки можуть бути використані в освітньому процесі закладів професійно-технічної освіти, а також у процесі написання курсових та магістерських робіт. Галузь використання: заклади загальної середньої освіти, позашкільної освіти, професійно-технічної освіти.

EN : The qualifying work consists of introduction, 2 parts, findings, list of literature (71 items, 5 of foreign origin). The qualifying work volume is 80 pages long, 73 of them – main text. The qualification work provides a theoretical overview of the concept of creative potential of teenagers, group work, conditions and means of developing creative potential. The object of the study: the process of developing the creative potential of teenagers in a vocational and technical education institution. The subject of the research: socio-pedagogical technologies for the development of the creative potential of teenagers in a vocational and technical education institution. The purpose of the research is to theoretically substantiate the socio-pedagogical technologies for the development of the creative potential of teenagers by means of group work in vocational and technical education institutions. Objectives of the study: 1. To reveal the essence and content of a person's creative potential. 2. To determine the content, forms and methods of socio-pedagogical work on the development of the creative potential of teenagers in vocational and technical education institutions. 3. To reveal the essence and content of group work in the activity of a social pedagogue. 4. Develop recommendations for the development of the creative potential of teenagers in vocational and technical education institutions by means of group work. Part 1 "Theoretical foundations of the development of the creative potential of adolescents in vocational and technical education institutions by means of group work" describes the essence and content of the creative potential of an individual, the forms and methods of socio-pedagogical work on the development of the creative potential of adolescents in vocational and technical education institutions. Part 2 "Social-pedagogical technologies for the development of creative potential by means of group work among teenagers in institutions of vocational and technical education" examines the pedagogical potential of group work in the development of creative abilities of adolescents and substantiates social-pedagogical technologies for the development of creative potential by means of group work among teenagers in vocational institutions - technical education. The analysis of the practical experience of working with teenagers, the application of forms and methods of developing the creative potential of pupils showed the effectiveness of the use of specially developed programs in the development of the creative potential of teenagers.
