Мета дослідження – забезпечити формування готовності майбутніх учителів початкових класів до прийняття рішень у педагогічній діяльності. Об’єкт дослідження – процес професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів початкових класів у закладі вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження – модель формування готовності майбутніх учителів початкових класів до прийняття рішень у педагогічній діяльності та етапи її реалізації. У кваліфікаційній роботі уточнено сутність готовності майбутніх учителів початкових класів до прийняття рішень у педагогічній діяльності та обґрунтовано її зміст; розроблено модель формування готовності майбутніх учителів початкових класів та визначено етапи її успішної реалізації; виявлено педагогічні умови реалізації моделі формування готовності майбутніх учителів початкових класів до прийняття рішень у педагогічній діяльності; експериментально перевірено теоретично обґрунтовану модель та етапи її реалізації.

The purpose of the study is to ensure the formation of the readiness of future primary school teachers to make decisions in pedagogical activities. The object of the research is the process of professional training of future primary school teachers in a higher education institution. The subject of the study is a model of formation of the readiness of future primary school teachers to make decisions in pedagogical activity and the stages of its implementation. In the qualification work, the essence of the readiness of future primary school teachers to make decisions in pedagogical activity was clarified and its content was substantiated; a model of formation of the readiness of future primary school teachers was developed and the stages of its successful implementation were determined; the pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the model for the formation of the readiness of future primary school teachers to make decisions in pedagogical activities were revealed; the theoretically based model and the stages of its implementation were experimentally tested.
