Особливості організації спортивно-масової роботи у закладах дошкільної освіти

Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота – 96 сторінок, 8 таблиць, 73 літературних джерела. Об’єкт дослідження – організація спортивно-масової роботи у закладах дошкільної освіти. Метою роботи було дослідження впливу комплексу спортивно-масових заходів в закладі дошкільної осіти на показники фізичного розвитку, розвитку рухових якостей дітей 5-6 років. Методи дослідження – аналіз та узагальнення науково-методичних джерел за темою дослідження; педагогічні спостереження; педагогічний експеримент; визначення показників фізичного розвитку; тестування розвитку руховихякостей; методи математичної статистики при обробці результатів дослідження. Відносний приріст показників тесту на визначення частоти рухів «Курчатко» у хлопчиків 3,10% (t=2,90), у дівчаток – 3,50% (t=3,06); тесту на визначення координації рухів «Піймай комарика» у хлопчиків складав 2,80% (t=2,33) , у дівчаток – 2,90% (t=2,84); тесту на визначення гнучкості (рухливості) тулуба «Кошенятко» складав 1,50% (t=2,91), у дівчаток – 2,50% (t=4,82); тесту на визначення сили «Силач» у хлопчиків - 1,25% (t=3,20) (права рука) і 0,89% (t=2,78) (ліва рука), у дівчаток– 0,70% (t=2,24) (права рука) і 0,80% (t=2,06) (ліва рука); тесту на визначення силової статичної витривалості м'язів тулуба «Місток» : у хлопчиків – 3,10% (t=6,20), у дівчаток -2,65% (t=5,35). тесту на визначення вибухової сил ніг «Білка і горішок» , у хлопчиків – 2,30% (t=6,09); у дівчаток –1,50% (t=3,84); тесту на визначення функції статичної рівноваги «Лелека» : у хлопчиків – 3,60% (t=5,35); дівчаток – 2,90% (t=4,10).

The purpose of the work was to study the influence of a complex of sports and mass activities in a preschool institution on the indicators of physical development and development of motor skills of children 5-6 years old. The relative increase in the indicators of the test for determining the frequency of movements "Chicken" in boys is 3.10% (t=2.90), in girls - 3.50% (t=3.06); the test for determining the coordination of movements "Catch a mosquito" in boys was 2.80% (t=2.33), in girls - 2.90% (t=2.84); of the test to determine the flexibility (mobility) of the body "Kitten" was 1.50% (t=2.91), in girls - 2.50% (t=4.82); of the "Stronger" strength test in boys - 1.25% (t=3.20) (right hand) and 0.89% (t=2.78) (left hand), in girls - 0.70% ( t=2.24) (right hand) and 0.80% (t=2.06) (left hand); of the test to determine the strength static endurance of the muscles of the body "Bridge": in boys - 3.10% (t=6.20), in girls -2.65% (t=5.35). the test for determining the explosive strength of the legs "Squirrel and nuts", in boys - 2.30% (t=6.09); in girls – 1.50% (t=3.84); test for determining the function of static balance "Stork": in boys - 3.60% (t=5.35); girls – 2.90% (t=4.10).
