Об’єкт дослідження – пристрої відстежування рухової активності, як інноваційний засіб фізичного виховання школярів.
Суб’єкт дослідження – учні середнього шкільного віку.
Мета роботи – дослідити особливості впровадження у навчальний процес пристроїв відстежування рухової активності та їх вплив на формування здорового способу життя школярів.
Методи дослідження – аналіз літернатурних джерел і методичних матеріалів, педагогічний екперимент, визначення рівня сформованості здорового способу життя школярів, методи математичної статистики.
За результатами дослідження було виявлено, що орієнтація школярів на здоровий спосіб життя на початку дослідження у хлопчиків і дівчат контрольної і експериментальної груп була майже однаковою, що підтверджує процентне співвідношення варіантів відповідей на запитання анкети.
Аналіз рівнів сформованості здорового способу життя школярів 12-13 років засвідчив, що на початку експерименту як у контрольній, так і в експериментальній групах хлопчиків і дівчат були відсутні школярі з високим рівнем сформованості здорового способу життя, більшість із них були віднесені до низького рівня. Наприкінці експерименту в обох групах хлопчиків і дівчат була зафіксована наявність школярів із високим рівнем сформованості здорового способу життя, але в експериментальній групі таких школярів було значно більше.

The object of the study is motion activity tracking devices as an innovative means of physical education for schoolchildren.
The subject of the study is students of middle school age.
The purpose of the work is to study the features of the introduction of motion activity tracking devices into the educational process and their influence on the formation of a healthy image of schoolchildren.
Research methods – analysis of literary sources and methodological materials, pedagogical experiment, determination of the level of formation of a healthy lifestyle of schoolchildren, methods of mathematical statistics.
According to the results of the study, it was found that the orientation of schoolchildren to a healthy lifestyle at the beginning of the study in boys and girls of the control and experimental groups was almost the same, which confirms the percentage of answers to the questionnaire questions.
An analysis of the levels of formation of a healthy lifestyle among schoolchildren aged 12-13 showed that at the beginning of the experiment, both in the control and experimental groups of boys and girls, there were no schoolchildren with a high level of formation of a healthy lifestyle, most of them were classified as low. At the end of the experiment, in both groups of boys and girls, the presence of schoolchildren with a high level of formation of a healthy lifestyle was recorded, but in the experimental group there were much more such schoolchildren.
