UA : Кваліфікаційна робота складається з 66 сторінок, містить 29 джерел, 29 монографій і статей. На сьогоднішній день доступна достатня джерельна база, яка дає можливість провести комплексний аналіз інформаційного потенціалу журналу в радянський період як джерела з історії наукової думки СРСР. Історіографія дослідження дозволила простежити еволюцію поглядів та особливості підходів до поняття «науково-популярне видання», атакож проаналізувати окремі аспекти функціонування науки в радянській державі та специфіку популяризації наукового знання в маси. В той же час, суттєвим недоліком є майже відсутня увага до науково-популярного джерела, як такого, що має достатній інформаційний потенціал для дослідження історії наукової думки в СРСР.
Науково-популярний журнал в якості самостійного періодичного видання на певному етапі пройшов шлях від додаткового майданчика для трансляції наукового доробку до одного з провідних інструментів комунікації між членами наукової спільноти в публічному просторі, а також популяризації наукового доробку серед мас. Як інструмент популяризації та ретрансляції наукових знань в Радянському Союзі науково-популярні періодичні видання використовувалися з перших років існування держави. В першу чергу, такий вибір більшовиків слід пов’язувати з потенціалом цього типу популяризатора науки – на нашу думку, за низкою характеристик науково-популярний журнал протягом радянської доби залишався найбільш універсальним засобом поширення вищезазначеної інформації в маси.
Яскравим прикладом подібного періодичного видання є журнал «Техника - молодёжи», який є одним з найбільш відомих та успішних серед аналогів в період свого існування за радянської доби. Протягом десятиліть ним виконувалася низка функцій, які напряму або дотично були пов’язані з репрезентацією та розвитком наукової думки в СРСР. Перш за все, в даному контексті необхідно виділити виключну за роллю та масштабами діяльність видання в питанні популяризації наукових знань. Причому в цьому векторі «Техника - молодёжи» має розглядатися одночасно в двох площинах – з одного боку, як власне інструменту для популяризації науки, а з іншого – в якості майданчика для розміщення інших інструментів. Крім того, популяризаторська діяльність редакторської колегії «Техники-молодёжи» виходила далеко за межі суто верстки журналів.
Важливою частиною інформаційного потенціалу журналу «Техника-молодёжи» як джерела з наукової думки СРСР є його положення своєрідного «літопису», на сторінках якого репрезентовані основні особливості підходів більшовицької влади до загального значення науки в існуванні та розвитку держави та тенденції до їх змін. Таким чином, радянський науково-популярний журнал «Техника-молодёжи» є перспективним джерелом для вивчення історії наукової думки СРСР.
EN : The qualification paper consists of 66 pages, contains 29 sources, 39 monographs and articles. To date, a sufficient source base is available, which makes it possible to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the information potential of the magazine during the Soviet period as a source of the history of scientific thought of the USSR. The historiography of the study made it possible to trace the evolution of views and the peculiarities of approaches to the concepts of «popular scientific publication», as well as to analyze certain aspects of the functioning of science in the Soviet state and the specifics of the popularization of scientific knowledge among the masses. At the same time, a significant drawback is the almost absent attention to the popular science source, as such, which has sufficient informational potential for researching the history of scientific thought in the USSR.
The popular science journal as an independent periodical was at a certain stage transformed from an additional platform for the broadcast of scientific work to one of the leading tools of communication between members of the scientific community in the public space, as well as the popularization of scientific work among the masses. Popular science periodicals have been used as a tool for the popularization and retransmission of scientific knowledge in the Soviet Union since the first years of the state's existence. First of all, this choice of the Bolsheviks should be connected with the potential of this type of populariser of science - in our opinion, the popular science journal during the Soviet era remained the most universal means of disseminating the above-mentioned information to the masses due to a number of characteristics.
A vivid example of such a periodical is the «Tekhnika Molodezhі» magazine which is one of the most famous and successful among its counterparts during the period of its existence during the Soviet era. For decades, it performed a number of functions that were directly or tangentially related to the representation and development of scientific thought of the USSR. First of all, in this context, it is necessary to highlight the exceptional role and scope of the publication's activity on the issue of popularizing scientific knowledge. Moreover, in this vector, «Tekhnika Molodezhі» magazine should be considered simultaneously in two planes - on the one hand, as a proper tool for the popularization of science, and on the other - as a platform for placing other tools. In addition, the popularization activity of the editorial board of "Technicians-Youth" went far beyond the mere editing of magazines.
An important part of the informational potential of the «Tekhnika Molodezhі» magazine as a source of scientific thought of the USSR is its position as a kind of «chronology», on the pages of which are represented the main features of the approaches of the Bolshevik government to the general importance of science in the existence and development of the state and the tendency to change them. Thus, the Soviet popular science magazine «Tekhnika Molodezhі» is a promising source for studying the history of scientific thought of the USSR.
