UA : Магістерська робота «Сучасні комунікаційні стратегії просування
кав'ярень міста Запоріжжя за допомогою інструментів реклами та SMM» – 64
сторінки. Для виконання дипломної роботи опрацьовано 70 джерел.
Об’єктом дослідження є комунікація запорізьких кав`ярень «Coffeelab
Roasters», «Заппа», «Добра кава» за 2022 рік.
Предметом дослідження є використання цими закладами сучасних
комунікаційних стратегій просування за допомогою інструментів реклами та
SMM.
Мета дослідження: проаналізувати загальний стан розвитку кав’ярень в
світі і України, і зокрема, в контексті цього виявити і виокремити, якими
сучасними комунікаційними стратегіями користуються кав'ярні міста
Запоріжжя для свого просування за допомогою інструментів реклами та SMM.
Для реалізації поставленої мети необхідно виконати такі завдання:
1) Проаналізувати історичний аспект розвитку кав’ярень як феномену,
закоріненого в давні часи й визначити їх сучасні різновиди.
2) Визначити основні тенденції комунікації на сучасному ринку
кав’ярень України та світу.
3) Розглянути теоретичний аспект питання «комунікаційна стратегія як
засіб створення кав’ярень-брендів».
4) Дослідити, якими комунікаційними стратегіями за допомогою
реклами та SMM користуються кав'ярні міста Запоріжжя під час своєї
розкрутки.
Методи дослідження: аналізу й синтезу під час вироблення наукової
концепції, типологічний та компаративістський під час аналізу практичного
матеріалу.
Методологічну і теоретичну основу дослідження складають праці,
приcвячені розгляду ресторанного ринку та використання комунікаційних
стратегій розвитку таких вітчизняних і зарубіжних дослідників: А. Віндюка,

В. Біляєвського, В. Зайцева, С. Журавльова, Т. Кукліна, Б. Анікіна,
A. Гаджинського, А.Кальченко та інших.
Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у тому, що здійснено
спробу проаналізувати стан і перспективи діяльності працівників галузі
реклами та SMM в сфері регіонального ресторанного бізнесу (зокрема в
сегменті кав’ярень) міста Запоріжжя.
Сфера застосування: матеріали магістерської роботи можуть бути
використані в наукових доповідях, в матеріалах лекцій у рамках курсів для
студентів спеціальності «Реклама і зв’язки з громадськістю», при написанні
курсових та дипломних робіт студентами факультету журналістики.

The object of the study is the communication of Zaporizhzhia coffee shops
"Coffeelab Roasters", "Zappa", "Dobra Kava" for the year 2022.
The subject of the study is the use of modern communication strategies of
promotion by means of advertising and SMM tools in these institutions.
Meta-research: to analyze the general state of development of coffee shops in
the world and in Ukraine, in particular, in the context of this, to single out and
highlight what modern communication strategies are used by the coffee towns of
Zaporizhzhia for their promotion with the help of advertising and SMM tools.
In order to realize the set goal, it is necessary to perform the following task:
To analyze the historical aspect of the development of coffee houses as a
phenomenon rooted in ancient times and to use their modern varieties.
To determine the main trends of communication in the modern market of
Ukraine and the world.
Consider the theoretical aspect of the issue of "communication strategy as a
means of creating coffeehouse brands."
To investigate what communication strategies using advertising and SMM are
used by the coffee towns of Zaporizhzhia during their promotion.
Research methods: analysis and synthesis during the development of a
scientific concept, typological and comparative during the analysis of practical
material.
The methodological and theoretical basis of the research is made up of the
works devoted to the analysis of the restaurant market and the use of communication
strategies for the development of domestic and foreign researchers: A. Vindyuka, V.
Bilyaevsky, V. Zaitsev, S. Zhuravlyov, T. Kuklin, B. Anikin, A. Gadzhinsky, A.
Kalchenko and others.
The scientific novelty of the obtained results arises from the fact that it is an
effective attempt to analyze the state and prospects of the activities of industry
workers and SMM in the advertising sphere of the restaurant business (in particular,
in the segment of coffee shops) in the city of Zaporizhzhia.
Scope of application: the materials of the master's thesis can be used in
scientific reports, in the materials of lectures as part of courses for students of the
"Advertising and public relations" specialty, when writing course and diploma theses
by students of the Journalism Department.
