Відповідно на сучасному етапі розвитку системи вищої освіти актуальною є проблема поєднання навчання та професійного супроводу із розвитком особистісної зрілості майбутніх фахівців. Такий підхід забезпечуватиме підготовку гармонійно розвинених спеціалістів, здатних до постійного пошуку нових знань, професійної мобільності та швидкої адаптації до змін в умовах сучасного життя. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в тому, що зроблено теоретичний аналіз проблеми впливу субʼєктивно-вчинкових критеріїв на особісну зрілість майбутніх психологів; представлено розширене визначення поняття „особистісна зрілість”.

In modern Ukraine, the issue of training a competitive specialist is becoming more and more common. Research and practice show that a person's competitiveness is determined not only by his professional qualities, but also by personal maturity. Accordingly, at the current stage of development of the higher education system, the problem of combining training and professional support with the development of personal maturity of future specialists is relevant. This approach will ensure the training of harmoniously developed specialists capable of constant search for new knowledge, professional mobility and quick adaptation to changes in the conditions of modern life. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that a theoretical analysis of the problem of the influence of subjective-behavioral criteria on the personal maturity of future psychologists has been made; an expanded definition of the concept of "personal maturity" is presented.
