Предмет дослідження: розробка тону комунікації української компанії ТОВ «Маркетингова агенція Борщ».

Мета роботи – розробити тон комунікації української компанії ТОВ «Маркетингова агенція Борщ».
Методи дослідження: описовий, аналітичний.
Специфіка роботи – у детальному вивченні інформації щодо особливостей розробки тону комунікації, тонкощів та стратегії визначення складових тону комунікації.
Під час написання роботи було проведено аналіз основних українських компаній, які активно просувають соціальні мережі, а саме Instagram та Facebook. Виявлено також активні світові бренди, які працюють над власним позиціонуванням та займаються просуванням. Проаналізовано існуючі на ринку бренди, їх тони комунікації та взаємодію з аудиторією. Визначені методичні підходи для розробки тону комунікації українського бренду. Розроблено тон комунікації ТОВ «Маркетингова агенція Борщ».
В першому розділі розглянуто основи створення брендів: деталізовано поняття «бренд», наведено приклади сучасних методів просування бренду та розглянуто такий інструмент просування, як tone of voice. В даному розділі наведено практичні приклади застосування інструменту в комунікації.
В другому розділі проаналізовано сучасні маркетингові компанії – світові та вітчизняні зокрема. Проаналізовано та порівняно чисельність світових гігантів маркетингу з їх прибутком, а також окремо зроблено детальне дослідження українських агенцій – діяльність, нагороди та особливості діяльності в умовах сьогодення.
В третьому розділі розглянуто функціонування маркетингової агенції «Борщ». Досліджено загальну діяльність компанії, розглянуто один із останніх проектів компанії – освітню платформу, проаналізовано її ефективність те рентабельність. Запропоновано поради стосовно використання актуальних інструментів в просуванні компанії.

The purpose of the work is to develop the tone of communication of the Ukrainian company «Marketing Agency Borsch» LLC.
Research methods: descriptive, analytical.
The specificity of the work is in the detailed study of information on the features of the development of the tone of communication, subtleties and strategies for determining the components of the tone of communication.
During the writing of the work, an analysis of the main Ukrainian companies that actively promote social networks, namely Instagram and Facebook, was carried out. Active global brands that work on their own positioning and promoting are also identified. Brands existing on the market, their communication tones and interaction with the audience also were analyzed. Methodical approaches for developing the tone of communication of the Ukrainian brand are defined. The communication tone of LLC «Marketing Agency Borsch» was developed.
The first chapter examines the basics of brand creation: the concept of «brand» is detailed, examples of modern methods of brand promotion are given, and such a promotion tool as tone of voice is considered. This section provides practical examples of using the tool in communication.
In the second section, modern marketing companies - global and domestic in particular - are analyzed. The number of global marketing giants and their profits was analyzed and compared, as well as a detailed study of Ukrainian agencies - activity, awards and peculiarities of activity in today's conditions.
The third chapter examines the functioning of the marketing agency «Borshch». The general activity of the company was studied, one of the latest projects of the company was considered - an educational platform, its efficiency and profitability. Advice about using current tools in the promotion of the company is offered.
