Одним з основних чинників адаптації компанії до сучасних умов є формування гнучкої та мобільної кадрового потенціалу, яка спрямована, перш за все, на оптимізацію роботи з персоналом на основі впровадження нових інноваційних технологій. Цим і продиктована актуальність дослідження питань розвитку кадрового потенціалу компанії, в основі якої лежать нові підходи до розробки кадрового потенціалу компанії та реалізації.
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є обґрунтування теоретичних аспектів дослідження, розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення розвитку кадрового потенціалу компанії.
Реалізація мети дослідження обумовила постановку та вирішення наступних завдань:
− визначити сутність поняття «кадровий потенціал»;
− дослідити основні чинники розвитку кадрового потенціалу підприємства;
− надати загальну характеристику NESTLE;
− проаналізувати кадрову політику NESTLE;
− здійснити дослідження умов праці та взаємовідносин на підприємстві;
− визначити основні проблеми розвитку кадрового потенціалу підприємства;
− обгрунтувати шляхи розвитку кадрового потенціалу підприємства.
Об’єктом дослідження є формування кадрового потенціалу компанії.
Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні аспекти розвитку кадрового потенціалу компанії.
Методи дослідження. Для досягнення поставлених завдань у роботі використано такі методи досліджень: абстрактно-логічний; монографічний; системно-функціональний, логічного узагальнення; соціологічне дослідження; розрахунково-конструктивний, метод групування – для порівняльної оцінки ефективності кадрового менеджменту компанії. У процесі написання даної роботи використані загальнонаукові методичні прийоми – метод аналізу наукової літератури з приводу організації роботи кадрової служби на підприємстві, конкретизація, формалізація тощо. Оцінку фінансових показників підприємства проведено на основі фінансової звітності NESTLE за допомогою методів вертикального та горизонтального аналізу, а також коефіцієнтного методу.
Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає в можливості практичного застосування заходів вдосконалення кадрового менеджменту в компанії. Теоретичні положення та практичні рекомендації щодо формування й ефективного використання кадрового потенціалу є результатом проведених власних досліджень.
Інформаційною основою дослідження послужили результати фундаментальних і прикладних досліджень вчених у сфері організації роботи кадрової служби на підприємстві; інформація, представлена в мережі Internet на офіційних сайтах, законодавчі та нормативно-правові акти України, а також результати проведеного автором дослідження організації роботи кадрової служби в NESTLE.

This dictates the relevance of the study of the development of the company's personnel potential, which is based on new approaches to the development of the company's personnel potential and its implementation.
The purpose of the master's thesis is to substantiate the theoretical aspects of the research, to develop practical recommendations for improving the development of the company's personnel potential.
The implementation of the research goal determined the formulation and solution of the following tasks:
− determine the essence of the concept of "personnel potential";
− to investigate the main factors of the development of the personnel potential of the enterprise;
− provide a general description of NESTLE;
− analyze NESTLE's personnel policy;
− carry out a study of working conditions and relationships at the enterprise;
− determine the main problems of the development of the personnel potential of the enterprise;
− justify ways of developing the personnel potential of the enterprise.
The object of the study is the formation of the personnel potential of the company.
The subject of the study are the theoretical and methodical aspects of the development of the company's personnel potential.
The following research methods were used in the work to achieve the set objectives: abstract-logical; monographic; system-functional, logical generalization; sociological research; calculation-constructive, grouping method - for comparative assessment of the effectiveness of the company's personnel management. In the process of writing this work, general scientific methodological techniques were used - the method of analyzing scientific literature on the organization of personnel service work at the enterprise, concretization, formalization, etc. The assessment of the company's financial indicators was carried out on the basis of NESTLE's financial statements using the methods of vertical and horizontal analysis, as well as the coefficient method.
The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of practical application of personnel management improvement measures in the company. Theoretical provisions and practical recommendations regarding the formation and effective use of personnel potential are the result of our own research.
The informational basis of the research was the results of fundamental and applied research of scientists in the field of organization of personnel service work at the enterprise; information presented on the Internet on official sites, legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine, as well as the results of the author's research on the organization of the personnel service at NESTLE.
