UA : У даній кваліфікаційній роботі проведено аналіз сучасних способів одержання глинозему, технологій, випарних апаратів і схем організації багатокорпусного випарювання, напрямків їх вдосконалення. Виконаними гідравлічними розрахунками та результатами випробувань підтверджена доцільність збільшення пропускної здатності самовипарника для підвищення продуктивності випарної батареї, що досліджується, з 600 до 700 м3/год маточного розчину без розширення розчинних та парових ліній у системі багатоступінчастого самовипарювання. Експериментальними дослідженнями підтверджено доцільність та економічність використання інгібіторів Polypav CO (SI) та МАХ НТ-550 для запобігання осадженню алюмосилікатів і соди на поверхні нагрівних трубок випарних апаратів. Встановлено, що інгібітор Polypav CO (SI) поступається інгібітору МАХ НТ-550. Виявлено напрями інтенсифікації процесу випарювання розчинів у глиноземному виробництві.
EN : In this qualification work, an analysis of modern methods of obtaining alumina, technologies, evaporation apparatuses and schemes for the organization of multi-body evaporation, directions for their improvement was carried out. Performed hydraulic calculations and test results confirmed the expediency of increasing the capacity of the self-evaporator to increase the productivity of the studied evaporation battery from 600 to 700 m3/h of mother liquor without expanding the solution and vapor lines in the multi-stage self-evaporation system. Experimental researches have confirmed the expediency and cost-effectiveness of using Polypav CO (SI) and MAX HT-550 inhibitors to prevent the deposition of aluminosilicates and soda on the surface of the heating tubes of evaporators. It was established that the Polypav CO (SI) inhibitor is inferior to the MAX HT-550 inhibitor. The intensification directions of the evaporation process of solutions in alumina production have been identified.
