Пандемія COVID-19 стала серйозним випробуванням не лише для українського суспільства, а й для всього людства. Під час карантину ми почали життя в абсолютно нових умовах. Зміни відбуваються як на рівні психіки індивіда, так і на макросоціальному. В умовах катаклізмів і глобальних змін часом буває складно пояснити поведінку людини, яке, образно кажучи, тепер перетворилося з розумної людини в «сидить людини», від "homo sapiens" до "homo sedens". Надалі очікуються неординарні зміни, будуть створені абсолютно нові наукові підходи, оновлені абсолютно різні засоби виробництва і засоби спілкування, установки і «правила цієї гри життя». І ці зрушення охоплять не тільки матеріальну сферу, а перш за все духовну. Науковою новизною результатів дослідження є систематизація досліджень та емпіричного аналізу стресу у співробітників і визначення психологічних детермінант стресостійкості у співробітників різного рівня.

The object of the study is the peculiarities of psychological assistance to personnel during the stress created during the Covid-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has become a serious test not only for Ukrainian society, but also for all of humanity. During the quarantine, we started life in completely new conditions. Changes occur both at the level of the psyche of the individual and at the macro-social level. In the conditions of cataclysms and global changes, it is sometimes difficult to explain human behavior, which, figuratively speaking, has now turned from an intelligent person into a "sitting person", from "homo sapiens" to "homo sedens". In the future, extraordinary changes are expected, completely new scientific approaches will be created, completely different means of production and means of communication, installations and "rules of this game of life" will be updated. And these changes will cover not only the material sphere, but above all the spiritual one. The scientific novelty of the research results is the systematization of research and empirical analysis of stress among employees and the determination of psychological determinants of stress resistance among employees of different levels.
