Саме в цьому віці дитина приходить до дошкільних навчальних закладів, які є першим структурованим середовищем, що вимагають від дитини проявів саморегуляції. Також у цьому віці відбувається формування префронтальної кори головного мозку, що також пов’язано з розвитком регуляторних функцій. Тому є дуже важливим вчасно діагностувати та почати корекційну роботу з дітьми, які мають СДУГ. Наукова новизна полягає у вивченні необхідності застосування корекційних занять з розвитку саморегуляції у дітей дошкільного віку з СДУГ.

The object of the study is the peculiarities of self-regulation in preschool children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The preschool age of 3-6 years is a sensitive period for the development of self-regulation, and in this period children are most sensitive to developmental actions. It is at this age that the child comes to preschool educational institutions, which are the first structured environment that requires the child to demonstrate self-regulation. Also at this age, the prefrontal cortex of the brain is formed, which is also associated with the development of regulatory functions. Therefore, it is very important to timely diagnose and start corrective work with children who have ADHD. The scientific novelty consists in the study of the need to use corrective classes for the development of self-regulation in preschool children with ADHD.
