Специфічна рухова діяльність у футболі, особливо на сучасному етапі його розвитку, характеризується постійною зміною інтенсивності виконуваних дій. Все зростаюча динаміка при переміщеннях гравців, в єдиноборствах на полі, виконанні технічних елементів ставить тренерам включення в тренувальний процес все більшу кількість засобів і методів оптимізації розвитку м'язового і суглобово-зв'язкового апарату гравців.
Метою дослідження було дослідити ефективність застосування засобів кросфіт-тренування для розвитку рухових здібностей футболістів.
Об’єкт дослідження – рухові здібності футболістів 17-18 років.
Предмет дослідження – футболісти 17-18 років.
Методи дослідження: аналіз науково-методичної літератури, педагогічне спостереження, педагогічний експеримент, методи математичної статистики.
У роботі були проведені дослідження навчально-тренувального процесу футболістів на етапі спортивного вдосконалення, при використанні засобів кроссфіт-тренування.
Всі ці засоби були скомпоновані в тренувальну програму, яка використовувалася протягом усього підготовчого циклу. За підсумками її застосування були представлені результати, що відображають прояв швидкісно-силових, швидкісних і спеціально-силових здібностей футболістів експериментальної групи, до і після проведення дослідження.
В результаті проведеного експерименту ефективність розробленої програми з оптимізації силових і швидкісно-силових здібностей футболістів з використанням кроссфіт-тренування була підтверджена і дані рекомендації по її використанню в тренувальному процесі футболістів на етапі спортивного вдосконалення.

Specific motor activity in football, especially at the present stage of its development, is characterized by a constant change in the intensity of actions. Increasing dynamics in the movement of players, in martial arts on the field, the performance of technical elements puts coaches to include in the training process an increasing number of tools and methods to optimize the development of muscular and articular ligaments of players.
The aim of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of crossfit training for the development of motor skills of football players. The object of research is the motor abilities of football players aged 17-18. The subject of research - football players aged 17-18.
Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The study of the educational and training process of football players at the stage of sports improvement, using the means of crossfit training.
All these tools were combined into a training program, which was used throughout the preparatory cycle. According to the results of its application, the results were presented, reflecting the manifestation of speed-power, speed and special-power abilities of the football players of the experimental group, before and after the study.
As a result of the experiment, the effectiveness of the developed program to optimize the strength and speed-power abilities of football players using crossfit training was confirmed and recommendations for its use in the training process of football players at the stage of sports improvement.
