UA : В даній роботі розгляду підлягає питання пов'язані із застосуванням сучасних агрегатів, методів та технологій при будівництві цеху з ремонту громадського транспорту у місті Миколаїв. Особливому розгляду підлягає питання механізації штукарних робіт у сучасному будівництві, проведен аналіз застусовання сучасних агрегатів та технологій при будівництві.
Обгрунтовані скорочення термінів робіт та економія коштів на великих будівельних об’єктах, зумовлює проведення досліджень на механізацію та пришвидшення будівельних штукатурних робіт.
Розглянуто технологічні особливості виконання внутрішніх штукатурних робіт ручним і механізованим способами, їх переваги і недоліки. Виконано розрахунок економічної ефективності (термінів і вартості виробництва) виконання штукатурних робіт ручним і механізованим способами на прикладі малоповерхового будівлі. За його результатами зроблено висновок про суттєву економю коштів і скорочення термінів робіт при виконанні штукатурних робіт механізованим способом при застосуванні на будівельному об'єкті з великою площею приміщень.
EN : In this work, issues related to the use of modern units, methods and technologies in the construction of a workshop for the repair of public transport in the city of Mykolaiv are subject to consideration. The issue of mechanization of plastering works in modern construction is subject to special consideration, an analysis of the use of modern units and technologies in construction was carried out. Reasonable shortening of work terms and cost savings on large construction sites necessitates conducting research on the mechanization and speeding up of construction plastering works. The technological features of performing internal plastering by manual and mechanized methods, their advantages and disadvantages are considered. The calculation of the economic efficiency (terms and cost of production) of performing plastering works by manual and mechanized methods was performed using the example of a low-rise building. According to its results, a conclusion was made about significant cost savings and reduction of work periods when performing plastering works by a mechanized method when applied to a construction site with a large area of premises.
