UA : У роботі ставиться завдання розробити раціональну технологію виплавки на ДСПА низьковуглецевої сталі з обробкою металу аргоном в печі перед випуском плавки, що забезпечує поліпшення якості тонколистового прокату, в тому числі для потреб автомобільної промисловості. Проведена оцінка термодинамічних можливостей отримання в подових агрегатах сталі з низьким вмістом вуглецю, розглянуті конструкції дутт’євих пристроїв, розроблені вихідні вимоги до системи подачі аргону для продувки металу. Наведений опис двохванного сталеплавильного агрегату. Розроблена технологія позаагрегатної обробки металу перед випуском плавки з ДСПА, запропонована тимчасова технологічна інструкція, досліджений вплив продувки металу аргоном перед випуском плавки на якість сталі. Проаналізовані основні проблеми охорони праці та техногенної безпеки в виробничих умовах мартенівського цеху.
EN : The paper aims to develop a rational technology of low-carbon steel smelting on chipboard with argon metal treatment in the furnace before the melt is released, which ensures the improvement of the quality of thin-rolled products, including for the needs of the automotive industry. An assessment of the thermodynamic possibilities of obtaining low-carbon steel in floor units was made, the construction of blast devices was considered, and the initial requirements for the argon supply system for metal purging were developed. The description of the two-bath steel smelting unit is given. The technology of off-unit processing of metal before melting from a two-bath furnace was developed, a temporary technological instruction was proposed, the influence of metal purging with argon before melting on the quality of steel was investigated. The main difficulties of labor protection and man-made safety in the workshop's production conditions are analyzed.
