UA : Кваліфікаційна робота 68 сторінок, 5 додатків, 50 літературних посилань. Мета – дослідження новітніх тенденцій розвитку ресторанного сервісу. Об’єкт дослідження – новітні тенденції ресторанного сервісу. Предмет дослідження – аналіз новітніх тенденцій розвитку ресторанного сервісу в м. Запоріжжі на прикладі ресторану «Bibliotheca». Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз літературних джерел, порівняльний та метод системного підходу. Основна частина роботи присвячена дослідженню новітніх тенденцій сервісної діяльності ресторанного бізнесу та перспективам розвитку новітніх тенденцій ресторанного сервісу в м. Запоріжжі на прикладі ресторану «Bibliotheca».
