Актуальність дипломної роботи полягає в необхідності продемонструвати напрямок ефективного використання трудових ресурсів на підприємствах, завдяки дослідженню питань ефективного управління персоналом, оскільки вони є невичерпним резервом підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємств та фірм, що мають важливий стратегічний потенціал, також впливає на їх конкурентоспроможності та визначити напрямок подальшого розвитку. Метою даної роботи є дослідження теоретико-методологічних основ трудових відносин на підприємстві та висування пропозицій щодо підвищення ефективності використання трудових ресурсів на підприємстві та шляхів мотивації трудових ресурсів. Відповідно до мети кваліфікаційної роботи були виділені такі основні завдання: - визначити сутність та економічний зміст категорії «трудові відносини»; - визначення показників, які допоможуть оцінити ефективність управління людьми в діяльності компанії; - дослідження характеристики підприємства, статистичні звіти та аналіз фінансового стану ПАТ «ЗАПОРІЖКОКС» - розглянути шляхи вдосконалення трудових відносин підприємства; Об’єктом дослідження є трудові відносини ПАТ «Запоріжкокс». Предметом дослідження є теорія, метод і практика використання трудових ресурсів підприємства. Методи дослідження. Використовувані методи економічного аналізу включають метод діаграм, статистичний метод, метод порівняльного аналізу та економіко-математичну модель. Практичні наслідки отриманих результатів полягають у розробці методів ефективного використання трудових ресурсів, тобто пропозиції щодо підвищення ефективності використання трудових ресурсів на підприємстві шляхом запровадження додаткового стимулювання. Зазначені напрями дозволяють підвищити продуктивність праці та збільшити рентабельність бізнесу, тобто чистий прибуток. Інформаційну базу роботи становлять наукові роботи з менеджменту та економіки, монографічні дослідження та статті вітчизняних авторів, практичні матеріали та офіційні статистичні дані, ресурси мережі Інтернет. В роботі інформація узагальнена та відображена за допомогою таблиць, графіків, схем. Обробка даних здійснювалась за допомогою сучасних інформаційних технологій.

The practical consequences of the obtained results consist in the development of methods of effective use of labor resources, that is, proposals for increasing the efficiency of the use of labor resources at the enterprise by introducing additional incentives. The specified directions allow to increase labor productivity and increase business profitability, i.e. net profit. The information base of the work consists of scientific works on management and economics, monographic studies and articles by domestic authors, practical materials and official statistical data, Internet resources. In the work, the information is summarized and displayed using tables, graphs, and diagrams. Data processing was carried out using modern information technologies.
