Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління підприємством ПАТ «Мотор Січ» із застосуванням корпоративної стратегії.
Метою роботи є узагальнення і поглиблення теоретико-методологічних засад та розробка рекомендацій щодо розвитку корпоративної стратегії організації з метою підвищення ефективності її діяльності на прикладі ПАТ «Мотор Січ».
Методи дослідження – порівняльний аналіз та логічне узагальнення, системно-структурний аналіз, метод експертних оцінок, метод угруповань, порівняльно-історичний, культурно-семантичний.
Актуальність досліджуваної теми зумовлена високим значенням корпоративної стратегії підприємства для ефективного функціонування його економічної, технологічної, виробничої, соціальної, інноваційної та інших систем. Наявність та визначеність чіткої корпоративної стратегії виступає ключовим фактором довгострокової ефективності підприємства в цілому.
Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи формування та розвитку корпоративної стратегії організації. На основі теоретичного матеріалу був проведений аналіз корпоративної стратегії ПАТ «Мотор Січ» та рекомендовані шляхи підвищення ефективності його діяльності за рахунок її удосконалення.
Отримані в роботі результати можуть бути використані керівництвом ПАТ «Мотор Січ» в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть підвищенню ефективності та розвитку підприємства, забезпеченню прибутковості і рентабельності виробництва.

The object of the research is the process of managing the company LLC “MOTOR SICH” with the application of corporate strategy.
The aim is to summarize and deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and to develop recommendations for the development of the corporate strategy of the organization in order to increase the efficiency of its activity on the example of aim is LLC “MOTOR SICH”.
The research methods: comparative analysis and logical generalization, system-structural analysis, expert estimates, grouping, comparative-historical, cultural-semantic.
The relevance of the topic under study is due to the high value of the corporate strategy of the enterprise for the effective functioning of its economic, technological, industrial, social, innovative and other systems. The determination of a clear corporate strategy is a key factor in the long-term effectiveness of the enterprise as a whole.
During the research the theoretical bases of formation and development of corporate strategy of the organization were considered. Based on theoretical material, the analysis of the corporate strategy of LLC “MOTOR SICH” was conducted and the ways to increase the efficiency of its activity at the expense of its improvement were recommended.
The results obtained in the work can be used by the management of LLC “MOTOR SICH” in practical activity and will help to increase the efficiency and development of the enterprise, to ensure profitability of production.:
