Об'єктом даного дослідження є торговельне підприємство ПРАТ
«ПІВДЕНТРАНСЕНЕРГО».
Предметом дослідження є інформаційні технології як фактор
підвищення ефективності діяльності організації.
Інформаційну базу роботи становлять наукові роботи з менеджменту та
економіки, монографічні дослідження та статті вітчизняних авторів, практичні
матеріали та офіційні статистичні дані, ресурси мережі Інтернет.
В ході проведеного дослідження було проведено огляд та аналіз трендів
диджиталізації HR; запропоновані для впровадження сучасні ІТ-інструменти
на досліджуваному підприємстві з метою підвищення ефективності його
діяльності; спрогнозовані фактори, які сприяють розвитку роботи з
аналітичними інформаційними інструментами на підприємстві.

The relevance of the chosen research topic is justified by the fact that
information technology in general, and automated intelligent analysis of big data in
particular, is today considered an important source of information that can be used
to make more informed decisions in a more optimal time in a wide variety of

information technologies on the efficiency of a modern enterprise using the example
of the use of big data in human resources management at
«PIVDENTRANSENERGO» PJSC.
The object of this research is the trade enterprise

The subject of the study is information technology as a factor in increasing
the efficiency of the organization's activities.
The information base of the work consists of scientific works on management
and economics, monographic studies and articles by domestic authors, practical
materials and official statistical data, Internet resources.
In the course of the conducted research, a review and analysis of HR
digitalization trends was carried out; modern IT tools proposed for implementation
at the researched enterprise in order to increase the efficiency of its activities;
predicted factors that contribute to the development of work with analytical
information tools at the enterprise.
