Актуальність теми даної кваліфікаційної роботи обумовлена
необхідністю вивчення екологічного менеджменту, який є невід’ємною
складовою сталого розвитку підприємства і фактору забезпечення
конкурентних переваг українських підприємств.
Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні аспекти
екологічного менеджменту. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було
досліджено функціонування системи екологічного менеджменту на
промисловому підприємстві та запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення
еколого-економічної стійкості досліджуваного підприємства.
Об’єктом дослідження є системи екологічного менеджменту як чинник
ефективності та конкурентоспроможності промислового підприємства.
Мета дослідження є розробка рекомендацій щодо посилення
екологічної стійкості промислового підприємства за умови формування
ефективної системи екологічного менеджменту.
Методи дослідження – порівняльний аналіз та логічне узагальнення,
системно-структурний аналіз, економіко-математичне моделювання,
абстрагування, формалізації.
Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані
менеджментом промислового підприємства з метою удосконалення стратегії
його розвитку, а також підприємствами аналогічного профілю в
управлінській діяльності.
EN : This work consists of 99 pages, which includes 14 images; 22 tables; 6

The relevance of the topic of this qualification work is determined by the
necessity to study environmental management, which is an integral component of
sustainable development for enterprises and a factor in ensuring competitive
advantages for Ukrainian businesses.
During the execution of the work, theoretical aspects of environmental
management were considered. Based on the theoretical material, the functioning of
the environmental management system at an industrial enterprise was investigated,
and measures to enhance the eco-economic sustainability of the studied enterprise
were proposed.
The object of the research is environmental management systems as a factor
in the efficiency and competitiveness of an industrial enterprise.
The goal of the research is to develop recommendations for strengthening
the ecological sustainability of an industrial enterprise through the formation of an
effective environmental management system.
Research methods include comparative analysis and logical generalization,
systemic-structural analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, abstraction, and
formalization.
The results obtained in the qualification work can be utilized by the
management of industrial enterprises to improve the development strategy and by
companies of a similar profile in their managerial activities.
