Структурно-семантичні параметри англійськомовних неологізмів сфери комп’ютерних злочинів

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: англійськомовні неологізми сфери комп’ютерних злочинів ХХІ століття. Мета роботи: розкриття структурно-семантичних параметрів англійськомовних неологізмів сфери комп’ютерних злочинів. Теоретико-методологічні засади: аналіз неологізмів проведено в контексті теоретичних висновків (Л. М. Архіпенко, С. Г. Волкова, В. В. Громовенко, та ін.) та лексикографічних досліджень («Словник неологізмів. Іновації у словниковому складі англійської мови початку ХХІ століття», “Cambridge Dictionary Online”, “Meriam Webster Dictionary” та ін.). Отримані результати: серед структурно-семантичних параметрів англійськомовних неологізмів у сфері комп'ютерних злочинів виокремлюється вплив афіксації, композиції та абревіації для формування нових термінів. З урахуванням семантичних особливостей, багато неологізмів безпосередньо пов'язані з характеристиками комп'ютерних злочинів, такими як “phishing”, “ransomware”, або “cyberbullying”. Також виявлено групу неологізмів, які активно використовуються для опису аспектів комп'ютерних злочинів у великих масштабах та їхнього впливу на суспільство. Порівняльний аналіз з використанням різних словникових джерел, таких як “Cambridge Dictionary Online” та “Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English”, доповнює та підтверджує отримані результати.

EN : The presented paper is dedicated to the analysis of the research is the structural and semantic parameters of English-language neologisms in the field of computer crimes. The object of the work can be defined as English-language neologisms in the field of computer crimes of the 21st century. The main aim of the paper consists in revealing the structural and semantic parameters of English-language neologisms in the field of computer crimes. The analysis of neologisms was carried out in the context of theoretical conclusions (L. M. Arkhipenko, S. G. Volkova, V. V. Gromovenko, etc.) and lexicographic studies (“Dictionary of neologisms. Innovations in the vocabulary of the early English language 21st century”, “Cambridge Dictionary Online”, “Meriam Webster Dictionary”, etc.). Among the structural and semantic parameters of English-language neologisms in the field of computer crimes, the influence of affixation, composition and abbreviation for the formation of new terms is singled out. Given the semantic features, many neologisms are directly related to the characteristics of computer crimes, such as “phishing”, “ransomware”, or “cyberbullying”. A group of neologisms that are actively used to describe aspects of computer crimes on a large scale and their impact on society has also been identified. A comparative analysis using different dictionary sources, such as “Cambridge Dictionary Online” and “Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English”, complements and confirms the results obtained.
