Abstract

Мета роботи: аналіз особливостей формування інновацій в англійськомовній правничій термінології в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів. Теоретико-методологічні засади: концепції та методи, що визначають сучасні підходи до вивчення галузевої термінології, зокрема у контексті євроінтеграційних процесів. Отримані результати: результати вказують на різноманітність та динамічність англійськомовної термінології у сфері права ЄС. Особливості застосування юридичної термінології ЄС полягають в тому, що реформа внутрішнього законодавства країн-членів ЄС та його наближення до світових стандартів потребує ретельного вивчення європейського законодавства. Зокрема, визначальним аспектом поточного виклику є правильне використання та загальні підходи до використання юридичної термінології.

EN : The object of the study is the English-language legal terminology. The purpose of the work is the analysis of the formation of innovations in the English-language legal terminology in the conditions of European integration processes. The activity of European integration processes has been significantly accelerated, which requires compliance with European standards and norms in various spheres of social life. One of the main tasks of European integration is to ensure legal harmonisation and interaction between the legal systems of different countries. This puts before the legal systems of the countries involved in the European integration processes, the requirement to introduce the appropriate legal terminology into the circulation. The results indicate the diversity and dynamism of English-language terminology in the field of EU law. The peculiarities of the application of the legal terminology of the EU are that the reform of the internal legislation of the EU member states and its approximation to world standards requires a thorough study of the European legislation. In particular, a defining aspect of the current challenge is the correct use and general approaches to the use of legal terminology.
