Адаптація роману «Matilda» Р. Дала у однойменному мюзиклі (2022 р.)

Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота – 50 стор., 54 джерела Об’єкт дослідження: інтермедіальна взаємодія художнього тексту та його екранної версії. Мета роботи: вивчення специфіки перенесення роману Роальда Дала «Матильда» в простір мюзиклу від Netflix 2022 року. Теоретико-методологічні засади: поняття кіноадаптації в контексті сучасної компаративістики ( Л. Хатчеон, А. Базен, Дж. Блюстоун, А. Дадлі та ін.) та семіотиці (Ю. Лотман), кінотекст у світлі інтерсеміотичного підходу (Ю. Цив’ян, К. Еліот, С. Козлоф, Н. Голубенко). Отримані результати: теорія інтермедіальності на сьогодні розквітає, в її контексті важливу роль відіграє теорія кіноадаптації, яка розглядає різну ступінь відтворення першотексту у кінофільмі, а також представляє різні підходи до класифікації кінотекстів. Мюзикл є одним із варіантів кінотексту і набуває дедалі більшої популярності, досягаючи більшої аудиторії. При перенесенні літературного тексту на екран, режисери вдаються до певних трансформацій вихідного тексту на рівні сюжету, образів, мотивів, а також доповнюють органічний наратив піснями і музичною складовою, яка включає дієгітичні та недієгітичні звуки, так і власне пісенний матеріал, який дозволяє увиразнити почуття персонажів і передати перебіг подій.

EN : The presented paper is dedicated to study of the musical “Matilda” from the point of view of representation of images, storylines and musical components. The object of the work can be defined as the intermedial interaction of the artistic text and its screen version. The main aim of the paper is to study the specifics of the transfer of Roald Dahl's novel “Matilda” to the space of the musical from Netflix (2022). It determined the accomplishment of such objectives as: - to investigate the formation of the theory of film adaptation in the context of modern comparative studies; - consider the film text in the light of the intersemiotic approach; - analyze the musical as a separate type of film adaptation; - to identify the transformations of the story-compositional basis of the novel in the film text - describe the specifics of representation of the visual system of an artistic work on the screen - reveal the role of music in the narrative of the film The scientific novelty of the presented research lies in an attempt to do my own research on the movie musical “Matilda” from the point of view of representation of images, storylines and musical component.
