Житлове будівництво є актуальним питанням у сьогоденні, особливо в умовах невизначеності як політичної так і економічної ситуації країни, тому впровадження конструктивних та технологічних рішень будівельних проектів є необхідно обгрунтовним.
Вибране наукове дослідження є обґрунтованим з точки зору проведення аналізу конструктивних та технологічних рішень житлової забудови, використовуючи сучасні механізми розв’язання складних виробничих задач, це дає можливість розрахунку тривалості будівництва, визначення з раціональною конструктивною системою будівлі та оптимальними процеси технології будівництва.
