UA : У роботі проведено аналіз науково-технічних джерел, які віддзеркалюють сутність сучасного стану будівельної галузі в розрізі об’єкту досліджень в рамках впливу організаційно-технологічних рішень на виконання будівельних проектів, що обов’язково враховується часові та вартісні обмеження на розподіл інвестицій (капвкладень), які необхідні для реалізації проектів.
Обґрунтовано вирішення актуальної проблеми в межах теоретичних і методологічних передумов (нової парадигми) проектування розвитку будівельних об'єктів в умовах змін зовнішнього середовища.
Пошук адекватних методів привів до оцінки впливу організаційно-технологічних рішень для необхідного функціонування наукових і практичних інтересів аналізу закономірностей розвитку об'єктів будівництва.
EN : The analysis of scientific and technical sources that reflect essence of the modern state of building industry in the cut of object of researches within the framework of influence of організаційно-технологічних decisions on implementation of building projects is in-process conducted, that is necessarily taken into account sentinels and cost limits on distribution of investments (капвкладень) that is needed for realization of projects.
The decision of issue of the day is reasonable within the limits of theoretical and methodological pre-conditions (new paradigm) of planning of development of building objects in the conditions of changes of environment.
The search of adequate methods resulted in the estimation of influence of організаційно-технологічних decisions for the necessary functioning of scientific and practical interests of analysis of conformities to law of development of building objects.
