UA : В роботі проведено аналіз сучасних методик та моделей керування будівельними проектами в розрізі організації виробничих процесів та контролю якості їх виконання. Існуюча система керування проектів будівництва має істотні недоліки, серед яких потрібно відзначити рівень відповідальності та уповноважень між учасниками проєкту в межах їх зобов’язань, а також єдиної системи контролю виконання цих зобов’язань. Для вдосконалення цих зв'язків, в межах життєвого циклу будівельного проєкту необхідне чітке врахування ризиків, які стоять на критичному шляху.
Обґрунтовано необхідність використання методу «Контрольних точок» як інноваційного спеціалізованого інструментарію вирішення складних практичних завдань в розрізі керування будівельними проєктами.
EN : The paper analyzes modern methods and models of construction project management in terms of the organization of production processes and quality control of their execution. The existing construction project management system has significant shortcomings, among which the level of responsibility and authority between project participants within the limits of their obligations, as well as a unified system of monitoring the fulfillment of these obligations should be noted. To improve these connections, within the life cycle of the construction project, a clear consideration of the risks that stand on the critical path is necessary.
The need to use the "Control points" method as an innovative specialized tool for solving complex practical tasks in the context of construction project management is substantiated.
