UA : У роботі 90 сторінок, 5 рисунків, 6 таблиць, 21 додаток, було
використано 51 літературних джерел, із них 29 іноземною мовою.
Об'єктом дослідження є букальний епітелій.
Предметом дослідження є ретельний аналіз та розгляд ключових
аспектів виділення ДНК.
Методи досліджень: капілярний електрофорез, метод полімеразної
ланцюгової реакції, гематологічний аналіз, електронна мікроскопія,
екстракція ДНК (виділення ДНК).
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є створення генетичного профілю
людини за допомогою методу полімеразної ланцюгової реакції (ПЛР) з
метою подальшого розширення розуміння та можливостей генетичного
аналізу, включаючи ідентифікацію генетичних маркерів та їх характеристик.
Теоретично та експериментально визначено, що трудомісткий процес
визначення генетичного профілю з методом ПЛР є ключовим етапом у
сучасних генетичних дослідженнях та застосування його, як у медицині,
судової генетики і інших. Ці методи є дуже важливими у криміналістиці, так
як дозволяють зробити докладний аналіз генетичних варіацій, створити
генетичний профіль особи для ідентифікації та вивчення родоводу.
EN : In this work 90 pages, 5 figures, 6 tables, 21 appendices, were used 51

The object of the research is the buccal epithelium.
The subject of the study is a thorough analysis and consideration of key
aspects of DNA extraction.
Research methods capillary electrophoresis, polymerase method chain
reaction, hematological analysis, electron microscopy, DNA extraction (isolation
DNA). The purpose of the qualification work is to create a genetic profile of a
person using the metho of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with the aim of further
expanding the understanding and capabilities of genetic analysis, including the
idenfication of genetic markers and their characteristics.
Theoretically and experimentally determined: that the tome-consuming
process of determining the genetic profile using the PCR method is a key stage in
modern genetic research and application as in medicine, forensic genetics and
others. These methods are very important in forensics, as they allow for a detailed
analysis of genetic variations, to create a genetic profile of a person for
identification and studying the pedigree.
