UA : В роботі проведено аналіз управління трудовими ресурсами у сфері будівництва. Існуюча система управління та мотивації трудових ресурсів об'єктів будівництва має істотні недоліки, серед яких потрібно відзначити недостатній зв'язок між керівництвом та робітниками будівничих компаній, різні цінності та відсутність чітких критеріїв стимулювання персоналу компанії. Для вдосконалення управління трудовими ресурсами необхідно використання сучасних моделей управління з адаптацією під конкретну будівельну компанію.

The existing system of management and motivation of labor resources of construction projects has significant shortcomings, among which it is necessary to note the insufficient connection between the management and workers of construction companies, different values, and the lack of clear criteria for stimulating the staff of the company. To improve the management of labor resources, it is necessary to use modern management models with adaptation for a specific construction company.
