Об’єкт дослідження – заняття з Альфа Гравіті.
Мета дослідження – визначення ефективності Альфа Гравіті як засобу формування мотивації до занять фізичною культурою в учнів старшого шкільного віку.
Методи дослідження – а) теоретичний огляд і практичний аналіз літературних джерел і сучасних наукових досліджень; б) педагогічний експеримент; в) анкетування; г) методи математичної статистики.
Отримані на початку дослідження показники розвитку рухових якостей дівчат боксерів старшого шкільного віку не виявили вірогідних відмінностей між показниками двох груп. Хоча, представниці контрольної групи показали кращі результати практично за всіма контрольними тестами.
В ході експерименту було відзначено, що юнаки і дівчата охоче випробовували себе у Альфа Гравіті, практично не відчували страху і мали зацікавленість, допитливість, прагнули до виконання рухів. З набуттям рухового досвіду охоче розповідали про свої відчуття і прагнення. Проте, тривалий час необхідні були більш ігрові й повільні заняття, сувора страховка. Наприкінці експерименту практично всі юнаки і дівчата правильно виконували вправи без втрати рівноваги і координації.

Object of study – classes with Alfa Gravity.
The purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of Alfa Gravity as a means of creating motivation for physical education in students of senior school age.
Research methods - a) a theoretical review and practical analysis of literary sources and modern scientific research; b) pedagogical experiment; c) questionnaire; d) methods of mathematical statistics.
Obtained at the beginning of the study, indicators of the development of motor qualities of girls of boxers of senior school age did not find significant differences between the indicators of the two groups. Although, the representatives of the control group showed the best results in almost all control tests.
During the experiment, it was noted that boys and girls willingly tried themselves in Alfa Gravity, practically did not feel fear and had interest, curiosity, sought to perform movements. With the acquisition of motor experience, they willingly talked about their feelings and aspirations. However, for a long time more playful and slower classes were needed, as well as strict insurance. At the end of the experiment, almost all boys and girls performed the exercises correctly without losing balance and coordination.
