Об’єкт дослідження – показники фізичного розвитку та функціональних можливостей юнаків і дівчат 13-15років.
Суб’єкт дослідження – учні середнього шкільного віку.
Мета роботи – дослідження впливу одно- та багатоденних походів на фізичний розвиток та функціональні можливості юнаків та дівчат середнього шкільного віку.
Методи дослідження – аналіз літературних джерел, педагогічний експеримент, показники для визначення фізичного розвитку, показники функціональних можливостей, методи математичної статистики. Фізичний розвиток оцінювався за допомогою наступних показників: маса тіла, життєва ємність легень(ЖЄЛ), динамометрія правої руки, станової сили.
В ході дослідження було виявлено, що у юнаків та дівчат, які здійснюють одно- та багатоденні походи показники фізичного розвитку значно кращі ніж у дітей, які не займаються цією діяльністю.
Оцінивши вплив одно- та багатоденних походів на рівень фізичного розвитку та функціональні показники юнаків та дівчат 13-15років, виявили що походи 1-3 ступені складності позитивно впливають на фізичний розвиток школярів, а саме збільшення життєвої ємності легень говорить про тренувальній ефект походів 1-3 ступені складності, незначне зростання маси свідчить про позитивний вплив на м’язову систему дітей, приріст показників станової сили та динамометрії говорить про те що походи 1-3 ступені складності розвивають силові якості у учнів середнього шкільного віку.

Object of the study - indicators of physical development and functionality of boys and girls 13-15years.
The subject of the study are secondary school students.
The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of one- and many-day hikes on the physical development and functionality of middle-aged boys and girls.
Research methods - analysis of literary sources, pedagogical experiment, indicators for determining physical development, indicators of functionality, methods of mathematical statistics. Physical development was assessed using the following indicators: body weight, vital lung capacity (VCL), dynamometry of the right hand, the power of the body.
The study found that boys and girls taking one- and many-day hikes had significantly better physical development rates than children not engaged in this activity.
Assessing the impact of single- and multi-day hikes on the level of physical development and functional indicators of boys and girls 13-15years old, found that hikes 1-3 degree of complexity have a positive effect on the physical development of students, namely the increase in the vital capacity of the lungs says about the training effect of hiking 1- 3 degrees of difficulty, a slight increase in weight indicates a positive impact on the muscular system of children,a slight increase in weight indicates a positive impact on the muscular system of children, an increase in indicators of power and dynamism indicates that hikes of 1-3 degrees of difficulty develop strength in middle school age students.
