У працівників і фахівців в умовах війни спостерігається постійна втома, напруження, спустошеність, відчуття відсутності соціальної підтримки, виникає незадоволення професійною діяльністю, що призводять до професійного вигорання. Одним з чинників, який визначає актуальний рівень професійного вигорання фахівця є його суб’єктивне сімейне благополуччя в умовах війни. Наукова новизна роботи: вперше: виокремлено і проаналізовано специфіку професійного вигорання і суб’єктивного сімейного благополуччя фахівців в умовах війни; розроблено: тренінгову програму запобігання та подолання професійного вигорання у фахівців під час війни; дістали подальшого розвитку: погляди на розвиток професійного вигорання фахівців з урахуванням особливостей їхнього суб’єктивного сімейного благополуччя.
