Об’єкт дослідження - процес обліку та аудиту дебіторської заборгованості на підприємстві.
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є наукове обґрунтування теоретичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій з удосконалення організаційно-методичного забезпечення бухгалтерського обліку та аудиту дебіторськлї заборгованості підприємтсва.
Методи дослідження: загальнонаукові так і емпіричні методи дослідження: методи ретроспективного аналізу, узагальнення і порівняння, групування і узагальнення, статистичні методи, аналізу і синтезу, логічного моделювання і абстрагування, систематизації і узагальнення, графічний, абстрактно-логічні методи.
Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в обґрунтуванні теоретичних та методичних положень і розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення обліку та аудиту дебіторської заборгованості для забезпечення інтересів користувачів у сучасних економічних умовах.
У процесі дослідження отримано такі наукові результати, яким притаманна наукова новизна:

процедурне забезпечення аудиту дебіторської заборгованості на етапі отримання достатніх та відповідних аудиторських доказів;
методику управління дебіторською заборгованістю на підприємстві.
Отримані результати дослідження спрямовані на вдосконалення обліку і аудиту дебіторської заборгованості в системі забезпечення інтересів користувачів. Застосування на практиці запропонованих автором рекомендацій дозволить забезпечити адекватне відображення операцій з обліку дебіторської заборгованості сучасним умовам господарювання, своєчасне одержання та аналіз необхідної інформації керівництвом. Отримані результати дослідження спрямовані на підвищення достовірності та оперативності обліку дебіторської заборгованості та можуть використовуватися при розробці нормативних матеріалів з бухгалтерського обліку та аудиту.

The obtained results of the research are aimed at increasing the reliability and efficiency of accounts receivable accounting and can be used in the development of regulatory materials on accounting and auditing.
