Програма розвитку освітньої системи району як засіб стратегічного планування територіальної громади

Abstract

UA : Висновки: 1. Програма розвитку освітньої системи району як засобу стратегічного планування територіальної громади, на теперішній час є актуальною, а після завершення війни  однією з першочергових. 2. З урахування перспективи нового поділу освітньої системи міської територіальної громади Запоріжжя (розпочнеться з січня 2024 року) на нові освітні округи – замість семи районів, на які поділялась освітня система міста, буде створено 3 освітні округи (Центральний, Лівобережний, Правобережний)  оптимізувати систему управління освітніми округами та мережу освітніх закладів різного типу. 3. Невідкладно здійснити діагностику наявного стану освітньої системи району з надання освітніх послуг з урахуванням умов воєнного стану (наявність сімей з дітьми в районі, сімей і дітей, які в пошуку безпеки виїхали в інші міста, включаючи за кордон, сімей з дітьми, які є переміщеними до даної територіальної громади з особливо небезпечних місць та ТОТ; кількості зруйнованих і частково постраждалих закладів освіти; наявності сховищ, умов в них та місць для укриття і так далі) 3.Широко залучати представників наукової спільноти, експертного середовища (науковців з досвідом прогнозу і стратегічного планування і проєктування) до розробки нової програми розвитку освітньої системи. Тим більше, що наразі це буде актуально, у зв’язку з новим поділом на освітні округи.

Immediately carry out a diagnosis of the current state of the educational system of the district for the provision of educational services, taking into account the conditions of martial law (the presence of families with children in the district, families and children who have moved to other cities in search of safety, including abroad, families with children who are relocated to this territorial community from particularly dangerous places and TOT; the number of destroyed and partially damaged educational institutions; availability of storage facilities, their conditions and places for shelter, and so on) 3. Widely involve representatives of the scientific community, the expert environment (scientists with experience in forecasting and strategic planning and design) in the development of a new program for the development of the educational system. Especially since it will be relevant at the moment, in connection with the new division into educational districts.
