Об’єкт дослідження – діяльність підприємства сфери обслуговування.
Предмет дослідження – аналіз засобів стимулювання персоналу в ресторанному закладі «BellaVita».
Методи дослідження. В процесі дослідження використовувалися наступні методи: метод аналізу, опитування, спостереження, порівняльного аналізу, моделювання.
Зміст кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у детальному аналізі існуючої системи мотивації персоналу ресторану «BellaVita», вивченні основних потреб та очікувань співробітників, розробці нової системи мотивації, яка б відповідала актуальним викликам та потребам персоналу, а також впровадженні і моніторингу результатів цієї системи з метою підвищення задоволеності клієнтів і фінансової ефективності підприємства.

The aim of the study is to analyze the motivation system of personnel in the service sector enterprise.
The object of the study is the activity of a service enterprise.
The subject of the study is the analysis of means of stimulating the personnel in the “Bella Vita” restaurant.
Research Methods. The following methods were used during the research: analysis method, surveying, observation, comparative analysis, and modeling.
The content of the thesis involves a detailed analysis of the existing motivation system of the «BellaVita» restaurant staff, studying the main needs and expectations of employees, developing a new motivation system that meets current challenges and staff needs, as well as implementing and monitoring the results of this system with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction and financial efficiency of the enterprise.
