UA : Об’єктом дослідження є комерційна організація – «Золотий вік», яка працює на ринку реалізації ювелірних виробів.
Предметом дослідження є система просування товарів в мережі Інтернет ювелірної компанії «Золотий вік».
Інформаційною базою дослідження є навчальні посібники, статті, монографії, дисертаційні дослідження з вивченої проблеми, а також нормативно-правове регулювання, статистична та інша інформація про підприємство «Золотий вік».
Користувачі щодня диктують все нові умови для підприємницької діяльності. Підприємці, з свого боку, намагаються знайти ефективні способи точного визначення потреб користувачів з метою найбільш повного їх задоволення. Одним із таких способів є просування послуг і товарів в соціальних мережах. Це комплекс заходів, спрямованих на використання соціальних мереж як каналів для просування послуг та продуктів компаній, а також для вирішення інших завдань, які виникають у процесі ведення бізнесу. Просування в соціальних мережах є потужним інструментом для роботи з іміджем компанії та засобом збільшення лояльності цільових груп.
Зазвичай вважають, що інструменти Інтернет-просування більше підходять для ринку B2C. Представники підприємств відзначають обмежений розвиток методів Інтернет-просування в сучасний період. Вирішення маркетингових і рекламних завдань на ринку B2B ускладнене недостатньою теоретичною базою та відсутністю практичних рекомендацій і порад. Складність впровадження інструментів Інтернет-маркетингу на підприємстві пояснюється і складністю продукту, і тривалим циклом прийняття рішень, і високою вартістю самого продукту. Складність також полягає в тому, що підприємства не можуть позичати досвід зарубіжних компаній, оскільки ціна помилки може бути надто великою. Методи, які найбільше підходять для зарубіжного споживача, для українського споживача може бути непридатним.
У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи було розглянуто теоретичні засади інтернет-просування продукції
У другому розділі було проаналізовано узагальнені статистичні дані про діяльність комерційної компаній в України, організаційну характеристику компанії «Золотий вік», результати економічної діяльності підприємства.
В третьому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи запропонована система заходів з вдосконалення системи формування стратегічних напрямків інтернет-просування комерційної організації.

The information base of the research includes educational manuals, articles, monographs, dissertation studies on the researched problem, as well as regulatory and legal regulations, statistical, and other information about the «Golden Age» enterprise.
Every day, users dictate new conditions for entrepreneurial activity. Entrepreneurs, in turn, seek effective ways to accurately determine the needs of users in order to satisfy them to the fullest. One of these ways is the promotion of services and products on social networks. This involves a complex of measures aimed at using social networks as channels for promoting the services and products of companies, as well as addressing other challenges that arise in the course of business operations. Promotion on social networks is a powerful tool for managing a company’s image and increasing the loyalty of target groups.
It is generally believed that internet marketing tools are more suitable for the B2C market. Representatives of industrial enterprises note the limited development of internet marketing methods in the modern period. Solving marketing and advertising tasks in the B2B market is complicated by a lack of theoretical basis and the absence of practical recommendations and advice. The difficulty in implementing internet marketing tools in industrial enterprises is due to the complexity of the product, a lengthy decision-making cycle, and the high cost of the product itself. It is also challenging because Russian industrial enterprises cannot borrow the experience of foreign companies, as the cost of mistakes can be too high. Methods that are most suitable for foreign consumers are often irrelevant for the Ukrainian market.
The first section of the qualification work examined the theoretical foundations of online product promotion. The second section analyzed aggregated statistical data on the activities of commercial companies in Ukraine, the organizational characteristics of the «Golden Age» company, and the results of its economic activities. The third section of the qualification work proposes a system of measures to improve the formation of strategic directions for online promotion of a commercial organization.
