UA : Актуальність теми «Управління новими продуктами ПрАТ «СК «Арсенал Страхування» в умовах воєнного часу пояснюється тим, що страховий бізнес є своєрідним користувачем кризових ситуацій, які виникають у клієнта у звʼязку з його життєдіяльністю, а у воєнний час кризова ситуація стає нормою та перманентним явищем. З одного боку, це полегшує сприйняття клієнтом страхових послуг, з іншого – створює проблеми такого сприйняття, що повʼязане з нестачею оборотних коштів, раптовим виникненням форс-мажорних обставин, відсутністю нормативної бази, яка б визначала чітко поведінку страхових компаній у воєнний період. Метою написання кваліфікаційної роботи є необхідність систематизації норм, підходів та традицій, які стосуються діяльності страхових компаній в період воєнного часу та форс- мажорів. Обʼєктом кваліфікаційної роботи є страхова компанія ПрАТ «Арсенал Страхування» - провідний учасник ринку страхових послуг України.
Предметом кваліфікаційної роботи є нові послуги, які можуть бути запропоновані населенню в період воєнних дій та по їх закінченню. У кваліфікаційної роботи відбирається та узагальнюється понятійно-категоріальний апарат страхового бізнесу та кризової економіки, формується комплекс пропозицій для розвитку та просування лінійки послуг на страховому ринку та удосконалення такої лінійки. В роботі використовувались сучасні методики наукового дослідження проблематики страхового менеджменту: аналітичний, абстрактно-логічний, синтетичний, статистичний, порівняльно-графічний. Завдяки цим методам вдалося ретельно проаналізувати ситуацію та зробити належні висновки та практичні рекомендації.
EN : The relevance of the topic "Management of new products of JSC "Arsenal Insurance" PJSC in wartime conditions is explained by the fact that the insurance business is a kind of user of crisis situations that arise for the client in connection with his life activities, and in wartime the crisis situation becomes a norm and a permanent phenomenon . On the one hand, this facilitates the client's perception of insurance services, on the other hand, it creates problems of such perception, which is connected with the lack of working capital, the sudden occurrence of force majeure circumstances, the absence of a regulatory framework that would clearly determine the behavior of insurance companies during the war period. The purpose of writing the qualification work is the need to systematize norms, approaches and traditions that relate to the activities of insurance companies during wartime and force majeure.
The object of the qualification work is the insurance company PJSC "Arsenal Strahuvaniya" - a leading participant in the market of insurance services of Ukraine. The subject of qualification work is new services that can be offered to the population during the period of hostilities and after their end. In the qualification work, the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the insurance business and crisis economy is selected and generalized, a set of proposals is formed for the development and promotion of the line of services on the insurance market and the improvement of such a line. The work used modern methods of scientific research on the problems of insurance management: analytical, abstract-logical, synthetic, statistical, comparative-graphic. Thanks to these methods, it was possible to carefully analyze the situation and make appropriate conclusions and practical recommendations.
